2025 was actually very very wild. I quit my job, studies and apartment. Organised all my belongings, packing them and my equipment into 4 bags. I invited Patrick for a b2b (goodbye) gig (thank you MadKatz). I figured out how to travel with all my equipment and managed and organised all the moving and travelling. I stayed at a six-month artist residency in rural Japan (thank you Douglas), where I learnt how to film and colour grade by myself. I built my first pieces of furniture and my own studio, hosted 3 friends (thank you for visiting me Gloria, Debby, Michela), got a scooter. I spent endless amounts of time alone in nature, started my journey with Suzuki and practiced sitting in silence. Started doing field recordings, started working out again, travelled to the Philippines, facing a milestone in my personal and family story, celebrated pride in Manila (thank you Melvin for welcoming me). I went to a festival alone, made new friends and did a tattoo for the first time (thank you Baud). Moved to Bali (thank you Patrick for visiting me), started healing my fascia, launched my alter ego @huniya_______ - released the first album "Takami". Visited my friend in Medan (thank you Däre), spent a lot of time with my dad in nature in Bali. Then moved back to Zurich, faced all the changes that came that year and found it difficult to adjust to old environments, relationships and places. Spent time with horses, spent xmas alone and sick in bed. I turned 30 and ended my year in Berlin.

It's bizarre how, on bad dysregulated days, my brain still goes to this place where it thinks that I haven't really achieved anything special or didn't push through enough changes, even though I managed to start changing everything inside and around me despite living with a dysregulated nervous system. My whole life literally changed. I changed.

It took me some time, but I think I'm finally ready to let go of 2025 - the year I broke free from survival mode and started living again.

Thank you to everyone who made 2025 even more intense and beautiful, hugs x
