An emotional roller coaster of a week that ended in a quarterfinal (🧐) run in mixed, and semifinal run in women’s. Huge shoutout to my two partners, @augiege and @zoey_weil for sticking through it with me and being amazing partners.

One week later, and we are still overwhelemed with gratitude. 🤍

Last week Thursday, we officially celebrated the Grand Opening of Newport Medical Supply with an evening of connection, community, and wellness.

From our ribbon cutting with the Corona del Mar Chamber of Commerce to our interactive Passport to Wellness Showcase, it was incredibly special to see our vision come to life surrounded by so many people who have supported us along the way.

To our friends, family, local business community, healthcare professionals, and everyone who joined us—thank you. Your presence, encouragement, and support made this milestone even more meaningful.

A heartfelt thank you to our trusted industry partners— medi, Bauerfeind, Actimove, ActiveWrap, Hyperice, and Pride Mobility—for sharing their expertise, showcasing their products, and helping us create an engaging wellness experience for our guests.

And to the wonderful partners who brought the celebration together—Fork & Flare, Bubbles Mobile Bar, and Flaky Apple Pie Co.—thank you for adding such thoughtful touches to the evening.

We're especially grateful to the Corona del Mar Chamber of Commerce for celebrating this milestone alongside us and helping us feel so connected to the community we're proud to serve.

Race-day gear spread!

New additions this race - knee sleeves from Bauerfeind, including the GenuTrain Knee Brace & Sports Knee Support for the bike. Then I’ll swap into the GenuTrain S-Hinged Knee Brace for the run on my leg with the torn meniscus.

I have tried a lot of knee braces the past several months, and was so disappointed about the sport usability and ability to run “normally” with them.

Then, I found these units from @bauerfeindusa and so far, I have nothing but extremely positive feedback with them. Tomorrow, they get the full test…
