MEET THE TRAINER!

I figured it was about time for a little re-introduction… especially since I added a few letters to my name 😉

Carlee Mauldin, B.S., M.S., CPT, PES

I’m Carlee Mauldin, a Personal Trainer and Assistant Manager at Bodyplex in Milledgeville. Originally from Covington, Georgia, I grew up competing in all-star cheerleading for 13 years, which played a huge role in developing my passion for coaching, performance, and helping others reach their potential.

I’ve been with Bodyplex for almost 4 years, and throughout that time I’ve grown tremendously both personally and professionally.

I recently graduated with my Master’s Degree in Health & Human Performance with a concentration in Coaching & Athletic Performance from GCSU. During graduate school, I completed a Graduate Assistantship where I taught undergraduate students in “Methods of Resistance Training” courses and worked as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the GCSU Women’s Volleyball team.

These experiences have shaped me into the coach and trainer I am today and continue to fuel my passion for helping others become stronger, healthier, and more confident.

No matter your starting point, my goal as your trainer is to help you reach your goals and become the best version of yourself. Feel free to reach out for more information to get started training with me today! I train all ages and aspirations! 🤗💪🏻🏋🏼‍♀️
