INTRO TO PILATES offers a calm, unhurried environment where you can learn the Pilates apparatus, understand the structure of the classes, and become familiar with the rhythm of the studio.

Six weeks, each building on the last, allowing both the work and the group to develop steadily over time.

Kathleen and Jasmine teach the series together, offering two distinct teaching styles and a clear introduction to the range of classes held under the #RaleighUnrushed roof.

The intention is to move from not knowing to feeling at home in the Pilates system and confident stepping into group practice.

∞ 6-week series
Saturdays at 12PM
Beginning March 7, 2026
✦ $200 for the full series
✦ 4 spaces available

Hosted by @raleighunrushed in Downtown Raleigh
Series by Kathleen Yount (@kathleenneeleyyount) + Jasmine Baxter (@baxterpilates)

Send a message to reserve your space. A Pilates studio featuring three women on the reformer sitting on the short box for the exercise “serve a tray”— event text is overlayed with the words “intro to pilates” in big capital letters and “a six week series” underneath with logos of Raleigh Unrushed and Baxter Pilates
