A hundred crunches won’t teach your core this. 👇

Crunches train your core to create movement. But real life doesn’t ask for movement, it asks you to resist it.

Carrying something heavy on one side. Catching yourself off balance. Reaching further than you meant to. Your core isn’t producing that movement. It’s fighting to stop it.

That’s the whole point of these 4 moves 👇
💥 Crazy Pallof Press: Band pulls you into rotation. Your core fights back.
🌀 Lying Windmill: Gravity pulls your legs to the floor. You control the drop.
🧘 Hollow Hold Lower: Gravity pulls your legs down and your back into an arch. You resist both.
🔥 Tuck-Up on the Bar: Momentum wants to swing you. You keep it still.
A strong core isn’t the one that moves the fastest. It’s the one that holds its ground.

Train for real life, not just the gym. 💪

To think that right now there are folks in Melbourne walking and climbing around in our apparel. 🤯

Thank you @onsightmelbourne for having us for your birthday bash! We’re going to rave about the energy and the warmth we’ve received for years to come.

Shout out to Jojo and the team who made us feel right at home in the gym. And to every smiley face that dropped by the booth. We truly had so much fun. Can’t wait for you to bring flowstate on your adventures.

BRB manifesting a next time 🙏🏼
Sending our love from Singapore!
