From the beginning to the end to everything in between, this summer was not what I expected it to be. But ya know, maybe it’s exactly what I needed.

Spraining my ankle and not being able to perform allowed me to learn new skills (thanks @jpink23 ) appreciate my craft more and watch some amazing people in my life perform.

I’m very fortunate that 5 weeks post injury I got to swing for 4 amazing women in Across the Pond and do a handful of Kinetix performances before it closed.

I could go on forever because I’m just so grateful. Thank you to @curseofpedro @marendasings @sandals14 @alexdeleonmusic @melissabll @breakroomentertainment for your kindness and the opportunity to be a part of these shows, anyone and everyone at Busch who checked in and made sure I go what I needed and of course @rhythmicmike who endlessly gave me love and support.

To all the people on and off the stage for both shows, y’all are rockstars and it was an honor to watch and perform with you.

Okay I promise I’m done. I’m gonna go *safely* throw a knees up and have a laugh. 📸: @reneemaher__ and @randy.davidson.photography
