!Progress Update! 🧡

After we decided that it was time Rico started to do and learn a bit more, we asked for some help from Becky who originally backed him for us.
Becky specialises in producing young horses and her experience and expertise is just what we needed for him.
I think you can see how much he improved from the start of the video through to the end in just 4 weeks. He came back fitter, stronger and a very happy horse!
We can’t thank @becky_hartley_allman Mark and @ameliawhiteeventing enough for all the work they’ve done with him ☺️
Time for a little break for Rico now to take on board everything he’s learnt with just a bit of hacking to keep him ticking over ready for when he starts again in Spring.
Exciting!!! 🤗🧡

Day 26)- Pay It Forward/Share A Compliment

I’ve recently found a few new pages and friends on here that I’ve been really enjoying following and thought I’d pay them a compliment and give them a shout out! 🙌🏻

*If I get any details wrong I apologise and please feel free to correct me. ☺️

@captain_the_cob :- This page is all about handsome black 5 year old cob Captain and his owner. I’m loving following these two’s progression and all the hard work they are both putting in and I’m really looking forward to following their journey this season as they start their dressage journey…..plus I’m a sucker for a gorgeous coblet! 🐴🖤

@team_wellingtonboots :- This page is about beautiful 4 year old sportshorse Welly. Team Welly found me actually, as we discovered that both our youngsters (who are a year apart in age) have the same sire, Bazaars Chief @bazaars_stud
It’s great following their progress as they journey into Welly’s first year under saddle and I love watching what they get up to and how similar the boys are in their traits, antics 🤡🤣 and ways. I’m looking forward to watching their adventures together and ‘comparing notes’ 🐴🤎

@els.eventing_ :- This page is about Evie’s horses and eventing journey and I love watching the very honest and positive Evie and find her very heartwarming. I’m really enjoying watching the progress of her recently backed 4 year old and the training videos she’s shared on her YouTube channel. 🐴🧡

@tarrys_world :- This page is about horses and farming life in remote areas of Scotland. This lady makes me laugh on a daily basis with her honesty and wicked sense of humour and I often laugh out loud (occasionally spit my beer out!) when reading this ladies stories. 🐴🚜

……as some of you may of noticed, there’s definitely a ‘young horse’ theme going on here, but all are definitely worth a mention and a look 👀 xx

5yo BAZAARS TIC TOC aka Joseph 🌈

He’s come back into work after having time off since being backed earlier this summer and has just come back into it all with such a mature head 🥹 Such a good boy!! 🥰 Cant believe it’s the same little man with that white face!
