AHHH, OMGGG!!! We’re so honored to receive this award for @amari.gala Visual Artist of the Year 🧡✨

CEEBS was inspired by the messiness and humour of navigating friendship, community, culture and identity as young people in the west. It’s a story rooted in experiences of Melbourne’s Black diaspora, and being recognised by Amari, a platform that uplifts and celebrates that same community, makes this win feel especially meaningful.

Endless gratitude to our incredible cast and crew for pouring their energy, heart and humour into this project. And to our community, friends and family - thank you for showing up for us! Your love, support and votes made this possible! 😜

Gary would be so proud! 🕊️🤍

🍝 Leigh + Betiel = a cooking show and a sitcom! 🎭

This #AusArtDay, we’re serving another helping of EDGE EATS WEST: Cooking for the Community. It’s a series of intimate conversations and delicious recipes from the artists who bring Western Edge’s programs to life. Watch Leigh and Betiel create a pasta masterpiece, while sharing stories about their craft.

At Western Edge, we believe in taking up space, sharing stories and laughing our way through the process.

LET ‘EM COOK (and teach you something along the way)!

Listen in, have a laugh and donate to support young artists from Melbourne’s west.
