Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be teaching again after I left the public school arena as a special education teacher…

…and I’m so glad to be back but in a far different capacity. Our third HypnoBirthing cohort is under wraps and they were all so much fun!

HypnoBirthing is as much a philosophy as it is a technique that uses key pillars such as: education, deep relaxation, affirmations, visualizations, positioning, and so much more for women to experience a calm, peaceful, gentle, and intuitive birth.

Our next class at @pinnaclechiropracticsarasota starts on 10/13 and so far, we have only two spaces left.

You’re worth it. I hope to see you there!

psst: He can do immeasurably more with what you have even when you feel like you’ve got nothing.
