Sacred Alignment™ Networking Experience | A Full Plate Without Losing Yourself

Recap + sneak peek into this morning’s experience with @reneemanzolillo

Many of us wear multiple hats business owner, parent, partner, leader, caregiver, creator, friend.

The goal isn’t to have less on our plate; it’s learning how to carry it with greater awareness, intention, and alignment.

A full plate doesn’t automatically create overwhelm. Often, overwhelm happens when our internal world and external responsibilities fall out of rhythm with one another.

Sacred Aignment isn’t about perfection it’s about creating coherence between what you value, how you spend your energy, and how you show up each day.

When the inner world is supported, the outer world begins to organize itself accordingly.
In a world that celebrates busy,

Sacred Alignment™ invites us into a different conversation.

A BIG THANK YOU to @galitpapa owner and founder of @naplesartfactory

I received this in the mail today from @theshelternaples. Sincerest thank you to everyone who came, donated, shared my event and to the teachers, vendors and host locations. Meeting these families has changed me - I can’t do enough for them and just thank YOU for sharing in my love for them. Isn’t this picture just the most heartwarming reminder that the shelter is their safe place? and YOU helped contribute to helping them serve more families. ❤️❤️❤️

It was a feel-good afternoon of family, wellness, and giving back, that left our hearts SO full ❤️

From yoga and music at @bigcitykidsfl with @justplaybyeco, @melody_and_me to building @beautyholidayinc self-care gifts with heartfelt notes at @riptide.swfl, families showed up in the most beautiful way in support of @theshelternaples 🙏🏼💕

Together we packed over 35 self-care gifts- each one over $350 value and complete with heartfelt notes of love and support- to uplift women at @theshelternaples , reminding them they are seen, valued, and have their entire community cheering for them🙏🏼💕

It was the most beautiful reminder of the power of community and giving back and we were honored to have the opportunity to share a dose of Beauty Holiday Magic to those who need it most💫❤️

As promised… here’s the progress 🌿🏡

The Feng Shui detox of my office is officially underway, and it’s been so powerful to witness how shifting a space can shift your energy.

This is still a work in progress, step by step, clearing what no longer belongs and creating room for focus, flow, and vitality.

Detox isn’t only physical , it’s emotional, spatial, and energetic too.

More updates coming soon… stay tuned for the full transformation 💫Hashtags

Still taking this all in 🤍

Thank you @bigcitykidsfl and @riptide.swfl for opening your doors, sharing the event, and believing in the mission.

Thank you to our incredible teachers and vendors:
@bb_essentials_ , @justeeny_greenies44 , @beautyholidayinc , @melody_and_me and @loveleemichelle from @thepilatespearl .

Huge thank you to @beautyholidayinc for the extremely generous donation of over $8k in beauty products for the women at The Shelter.

Thank you to @spenga_northnaples for donating to our raffle and helping spread the word, and to the many local businesses who allowed flyers in their spaces and shared this event far and wide.

To our volunteers my mom, my kids, my husband, the Gibbs family, and Nikoll - we could not have done this without you.

And to the friends, family, donors, sharers, and everyone who sent encouragement or well wishes thank you. Truly.

This event was about more than money. It was about community, connection, and making sure more people know @theshelternaples exists. Because awareness saves lives, and no one should feel alone or without options.

From the bottom of my heart thank you for showing up 💜
