Recently appointed pitching coach in the Dodgers organization @bbailey_19 came to speak to the leadership group today. From his time at Broomfield to Gonzaga and the big leagues he shared his insight of what it’s like to be a leader. He spoke about being proactive vs reactive, how to build a routine, goal setting, and how to be authentic. Some great conversations within the group. Huge thanks to Brandon for coming in to speak before he heads off for spring training!

We are THRILLED to partner with Reds pitcher, Brandon Bailey, to name the Chickasaw Foundation and the American Indian College Fund as our August Cheers to Charity recipients! Go to DugoutMugs.com/Bailey or the link in our bio for a closer look at these special Dugout Mugs and SWIPE to hear Brandon explain the significance of the bear design. 👀

Proceeds from these mugs at DugoutMugs.com/Bailey or the link in our bio will go to those two excellent causes! 🙌

CHEERS TO CHARITY: We will be going LIVE on Facebook at 9 pm EST with Cincinnati Reds pitcher, Brandon Bailey. Dugout Mugs has collaborated with Brandon to name the Chickasaw Foundation and the American Indian College Fund as our Cheers to Charity recipients for the month of August! Proceeds from DugoutMugs.com/Bailey or the link in our bio will be donated to these organizations that help Native American families and students in need. 🙌

We have created two mugs for Brandon for this collaboration! The first one represents his Native American identity. "Little Bear" is the name he was given by his grandfather at birth, and it is written in the Chickasaw language under the Flat Iron Mountains in Colorado, where Brandon is from. The second is the classic Signature Series Dugout Mug featuring Brandon's autograph engraved into the wood. Purchase one of these special Dugout Mugs, or anything on our site through DugoutMugs.com/Bailey or the link in our bio, to help raise money for a couple of awesome causes! 🍻

Brandon is currently out for the season due to Tommy John Surgery, but we look forward to him killing it when he comes back. 🔥
