What happened in this gym is the reason I love what I do.

Bringing two teams together could have gone 100 different ways, which is one of the reasons this has taken so long.

But thanks to some hard and grueling conversations (thank you, Bridget), it was time I took a taste of my own medicine and stepped out of my own comfort zone.

And I’m so glad I did This first camp was something out of my dreams—watching a team that’s familiar with this work partner with a team experiencing it for the first time was epic!

That’s the whole reason these camps exist: to help more teams bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to go.

Stay tuned later this week as I’ll highlight each team and the steps forward they took.

So, are you ready? Comment READY or message me, if you’d like to learn more about these high school camps.
