Service is stronger when we show up together. 💙💚 This morning, @liveimmeasurablymore had the privilege of volunteering at Beauty for Ashes for the second year in a row. Alongside so many incredible organizations, we came together to pour into our under-resourced community through service, compassion, and connection. From hot meals, showers, washers and dryers, clothing, and snacks to mental health support, medical testing, and even phones for people to reconnect with loved ones, today was a reminder of what happens when a community comes together to meet people where they are. And can we talk about our volunteers?! 🥹👏 More than 20 LIM volunteers showed up today! We were blown away by your willingness to give your time, energy, and hearts to serve others. THANK YOU!!! Every quarter, we’re reminded why being part of a community committed to service matters so much. We cannot do everything alone, but together, we can do so much more. We made meaningful connections, strengthened relationships, and left inspired to keep showing up. And we’re not done yet!! 🗓️: December 6: Service Saturday + Annual Coat Drive Distribution There’s still time to support our next day of service! We’re accepting financial contributions, coats, clothing, snacks, hygiene products, and other essential items. 🔗 Visit immeasurableliving.org to donate or shop our Amazon Wish List linked in our bio. Thank you to @bigbethelamechurch hosting the space for so many organizations to come together and GIVE IMMEASURABLY MORE!! #LiveImmeasurablyMore #BeautyForAshes #ServiceSaturday #CommunityInAction #AtlantaNonprofit

A sweet way to support an even sweeter mission. 🍦💙 Thank you to everyone who joined us today at @jenisicecreams for our LIM Ice Cream Social fundraiser! We enjoyed some amazing new fall flavors, met some really great people, and most importantly, came together in support of the work @liveimmeasurablymore continues to do in the community. And to everyone who couldn’t make it in person but still chose to donate, thank you. Your support was felt, too. ❤️ We know that we don’t do this work alone. Collaboration, partnership, and community are truly the only way we can continue to grow our impact and serve more people. Thank you for showing up, giving back, and helping us continue to Live Immeasurably More. #LiveImmeasurablyMore #CommunityImpact #AtlantaNonprofit #GiveBack #jenisicecream

We move for healthy hearts. 💚💙 Some days, that looks like lacing up for a run. Some days, it’s slowing down for stretching and mobility. And some days (like this one) it’s picking up the dumbbells and getting stronger. 💪🏾 For this month’s Move with LIM, board member @kariimbbkfitness is leading us through a strength-focused workout. Start with some dynamic stretching to get your body warm, then grab your dumbbells: DUMBBELL STRENGTH CIRCUIT Complete 3 rounds, resting 2 minutes between rounds. 💪🏾 Dumbbell Chest Press (floor or bench) 10–12 reps 💪🏾 Single-Arm Dumbbell Row 10–12 each side 💪🏾 Seated Arnold Press 10–12 reps 💪🏾 Standing Dumbbell Curls 10–12 reps 💪🏾 Overhead Triceps Extension 10–12 reps FINISHER 🔥 Farmer Carry - Grab a pair of heavy dumbbells and carry them 20 yards down and back. Heart-healthy movement doesn’t have to look the same every day. Running, strength training, stretching, mobility, it all gives us different ways to keep moving and care for our bodies. The goal isn’t to do everything. It’s to keep moving. Save this workout for your next strength day and Move with LIM. ❤️ #MoveWithLIM #LiveImmeasurablyMore #HeartHealth #StrengthTraining #HealthyHeart

Hungry in a Hurry is back! 🥗✨ We’re excited to share Volume 2 of a series we cooked up with LIM Board Member @kariimbbkfitness to make healthier choices feel a little easier when life gets busy. This week’s stop: @sweetgreen 🥬 Kariim’s pick: the Miso Glazed Salmon bowl. But the real takeaway isn’t just what to order, it’s knowing your order before you’re hungry. Find a meal you enjoy that supports your goals and make it your go-to. When you’re hungry, tired, busy, and tempted to grab whatever is easiest, you don’t have to stand there convincing yourself to try something new. You already know what works for you. Because the goal isn’t perfection. It’s making wise choices consistently. What’s your go-to meal when you’re hungry in a hurry? 👇🏽 #HungryInAHurry #WellnessWithLIM #HealthyChoices #HealthyHabits #Wellness LIM

MOVE WITH LIM 💪🏾 This weekend, we took some time moving through a simple mobility routine that helps improve flexibility, joint health, posture, balance, and overall movement quality. This weekend’s sequence: ✔️ Cat-Cows ✔️ Kneeling T-Spine Rotations ✔️ Kneeling Quad Stretch ✔️ Heel Walks ✔️ Toe Walks ✔️ Forward Fold ✔️ 90/90 Hip Rotations These movements help increase mobility through the spine, hips, knees, ankles, and shoulders while improving body awareness and reducing stiffness from long hours of sitting. Want to give it a try? Complete 3 rounds of each movement at your own pace and notice how your body feels before and after. At LIM, health and wellness are a core part of who we are. Through Move With LIM, we’re committed to creating opportunities for our team and our community to prioritize movement, wellbeing, and healthy habits. Save this routine for later and let us know which movement felt best for you. #MoveWithLIM #WellnessAtWork #HealthyHabits #MobilityTraining #WorkplaceWellness MovementMatter
