Check out my commitment to go green in 2025, y’all! Psych! This is just my childish way of 1) not wanting to risk scratches, dents and dings to my country S.L.A.B; 2) not running up the mileage on my country S.L.A.B.; 3) not having to buy gasoline; and 4) not having maintenance and repairs pop up sooner than I prefer; and 5) not having to worry so much about potholes, wayward pedestrians, unexpected lane changes, and pets and balls darting out into the street! Also, personally, I am a lot more concerned about the living conditions and lack of resources and opportunities for historically marginalized communities than saving the trees, whales and Panda bears, but hey, that’s just me. And for bonus points, regular exercise is good for my mental health!

We are so close to our Sexual & Reproductive Health Symposium with @ppgreatplains . It's time to share our speakers and you do not want to miss what they have to share! Every last Saturday of the month, @bbmhckc meets up for Smi Tawi Fitness! We get up, we get out, and we get active 🔥

April, we hosted kickball that was open to everyone. We had a great time with @chefaqui / @meetaqui on the grill 😎

To be a part of The Black and Brown Men‘s Healing Circle, you need only identify as a man of color seeking healing for your spirit. Join us every Sunday from 9-11 am at Anchor Island Coffee.

Firstly, this was epic! My man @moa816913 for being open and vulnerable enough to have this conversation!! This episode is based off of a conversation most men don’t want to have. So I’m glad we got through it. S/O to @theaihubkc for creating the space and @bbmhckc for existing so that we could meet.
