Ball sacks are never cute. Especially when they’re attached to your neck.

Ladies, if your neck is starting to look a little too much like a “Men in Black” situation… we need to talk. 😂

This is from ONE product - RENEWED, our new dual collagen renewal p3ptide drink…before they ever even started on the topicals!

And this is the power of NATURAL peps🌱

*we cannot claim that our products will eliminate any neck ball sacks. But if you want to try it for yourself, message us “NECK” for details.

They thought they had the WRONG people.

That’s how unexpected the results were.

That was just at 30 days.
Then they added RENEWED…And it went to a new level.

When we tell you this ain’t your granny’s skincare…WE MEAN IT.

Blinded investigators.
Real clinical data.
A completely different approach to skin renewal.

The combination of our NATURAL peps, exosome and stem cell technology, and exclusive formulation is like nothing else on the market.

This isn’t just skincare. It’s a complete collagen renewal system…building AND maintaining the foundation from inside out.

It’s Beauty by MAKE, and it’s here. And you can be one of the very first to get your hands on it now🔥

🔥 HYROX NYC Highlights 🔥

This reel is just a small glimpse of what our Sweat Bar crew accomplished at HYROX NYC last weekend.

From battling through injuries to pushing through the heat, our athletes showed incredible grit, determination, and resilience every step of the way. The race may last a few hours, but the work, discipline, and dedication behind it took months.

We’re so proud of everyone who stepped onto that floor and gave it their all.

Keep showing up. Keep pushing forward. Great things happen when hard work meets consistency. 💪🔥

The best part of Sweat Bar will always be the people. 💚

The support.
The friendships.
The smiles after hard workouts.
The “see you tomorrow” conversations.

A gym can have equipment anywhere.
Community like this is different. 🖤

🔥 COACH SPOTLIGHT: BETHANY 🔥

We are so excited to officially introduce one of our own… Coach Bethany!

Bethany has been part of the Sweat Bar community since January 2021, and now she’s stepping into a coaching role to help YOU level up 💪

✨ A little about Bethany:
• Married to her husband for 19 years ❤️
• Mom of 3 daughters + 2 dogs 🐾
• BSN graduate from Robert Morris University (2007) 🩺

🏋️‍♀️ Favorite workouts:
Lower body days all day 🔥… but she also loves getting crushed in a good HYROX/cardio session

💡 Her fitness advice:
Consistency > everything
“Sustainable actions over time = real results. If it serves you long term, you’re winning.”

🎯 Why she coaches:
Bethany is passionate about helping people unlock their full potential.
Too many people underestimate their strength and she’s here to change that. Expect to be pushed, supported, and reminded what you’re capable of 🙌

💥 Fun fact:
Her love for a challenge started early… like jumping off a 30-foot bridge at 11 years old in Lock Haven, PA 😆
(If you know her, this makes perfect sense)

🌱 2026 Focus:
Growing deeper in faith, fitness, and family
…and helping others grow through education, support, and consistency.

Welcome to the coaching team @bboring33makewellness

Let’s get to work 🔥

Some of the best parts of what we’re building have nothing to do with the products… and everything to do with the people behind them.

We’re incredibly grateful to learn from and work alongside Dr. Alan Jones and Dr. Mark Bartlett.

These two show up every single week to educate and train our field - and they have for almost 2 years.
They answer questions.
They help us present information to medical teams.
They never exaggerate or sugarcoat anything.

Just the science. Just the facts.

🩺Dr. Jones brings decades of experience in manufacturing, has his PhD in sarcopenia, and is a true expert in muscle physiology and kinesiology.

🩺Dr. Bartlett is an immunologist who spent years at the National Institutes of Health and the National Cancer Institute. His work led him to a fascinating realization — many modern therapies were essentially mimicking compounds already found in plants… which ultimately pushed him toward studying solutions derived directly from nature.🌱

What we appreciate most is their integrity.

*No exaggeration
*No shortcuts
*No products they wouldn’t stand behind 100%

Because Science matters.
But so do credibility, compassion, and character.

And we’re grateful to learn from these great incredible doctors who embody all three.❤️
