my last acda was one for the books. @acda_dance @acdanortheast . in a time when the world feels so uncertain, there’s something really grounding and special about gathering through movement and remembering why we make art together.

i am so honored i got to share my work, and also dance in my best friend’s piece @jcarreras221 . my cast!!! i am so beyond proud of you, you danced so beautifully. i’m in love with this world we created together. dancing alongside people I admire and care about so deeply is something I never take for granted. our art form holds so much tenderness, curiosity, and passion, and i’m grateful to be a small part of it. holding this weekend really close 🌿🫂.

ACDA 2026!!!🥺⭐️ The Rhythm Within✨

Wow! What an unforgettable weekend of performances, classes, and connecting with such inspiring artist and incredible human beings!! It was truly an honor to present my work, representing Rutgers University, at this years American College Dance Association Northeast conference!! @acda_dance @acdanortheast Having my piece selected from 44 works to 12 chosen for the Encore performance meant more than I can ever put into words!!

To my beautiful cast, I truly don’t even have the words to thank you. Not only for being such an incredible group of artists, but for trusting my vision and allowing yourselves to fully step into my process. That kind of trust is everything. This piece holds such a special place in my heart, and it only became what it is because of each of you. Your hard work, your dedication, your openness, and your energy truly poured into the work in ways that inspire me more than you know! Thank you for showing up and believing in me and for making this experience so unforgettable!! 🙏🏼 I can’t wait for the final capstone version!!

To all my professors and my mentor @mendance2 your belief in me, even in moments of frustration and anxiety, has meant more to me than I can truly express. Thank you for allowing me to take up space, to create, to question, to grow, and to refine my voice as an artist. Your guidance and honesty have shaped both only my work, but the choreographer and person that I am becoming today!🙏🏼✨
