Thinking about trying Pilates but have absolutely no idea what to expect? We’ve been there. 🤍 From figuring out the reformer to hearing “engage your core” approximately 47 times, there’s a first time for everything. We put together a little guide to help you feel more at home before your first class. And just so you know, you don’t need to know what you’re doing before you get here. That’s what we’re here for. Swipe through, save this for later, and send it to the friend you’ve been trying to convince to come with you. We’d love to see you in class. 🤍

LEGENDARY SPIRIT WEEK IS BACK! ✨ October 26–31, we’re switching things up at the studio! Six days, six different themes, and a winner every day. Swipe through for the full lineup, start planning your outfits, and get your Pilates besties involved. Which day are you most excited for? We want to know! 👀 Starting Spirit Week with TWIN DAY! 👯‍♀️ Grab your Pilates bestie, coordinate your looks, and show up matching from head to toe. Who’s your Pilates twin? Tag them below! Today’s dress code: Adam Sandler. Oversized tees, basketball shorts, mismatched outfits. The less effort it looks like you put in, the better. Matching sets can take the day off. 👀 RETIRED & REFORMED 👵🏼 Your Pilates membership is the only thing keeping you out of retirement. We’re talking cardigans, hair rollers, reading glasses, and your best grandma or grandpa impression. Who says retirement can’t include a little reformer Pilates? A little throwback at Legendary today! Pick your favorite decade and bring it to the reformer. From 80s leg warmers to Y2K workout looks, anything goes. Which decade has the best workout fashion? You booked Pilates, but apparently didn’t get the dress code. Welcome to WRONG CLASS DAY! Tennis, ballet, golf, soccer, or even a corporate meeting. Show up dressed for anything except Pilates. We can’t wait to see what everyone comes up with. 👀 One last day of Spirit Week! We’re wrapping things up with COSTUME DAY, and we want to see everyone get creative. Come as your favorite character, coordinate with your Pilates crew, or surprise us with something completely unexpected. Let’s see what you’ve got!

Congrats going out to Britney , Lani , Gabriel and Giuliana for completing their CYBER CNA TRAINING PROGRAM TODAY! Despite having a large class and Rosie practicing for her exam on Wednesday, we had a remarkable time and everyone worked together as a team . Their performance today showed me that they are ready for the State exam and are ready to gain employment in the hospital . I am so honored to be part of their journey . Thank you all for taking my CYBER CNA CLASS ! #sharethelove #moreamazingstudents #cybercnatraining #lowestpriceguaranteed
