The spotlights shone brightly on Hugh Jackman at Boston College last night! ✨

The Grammy, Emmy, Tony, and Golden Globe winning performer @theHughJackman can now add “honorary BC Eagle” 🦅 after an incredible performance at Pops on the Heights: The Barbara and Jim Cleary Scholarship Gala.

Also featured were Joseph Gilhooly ‘27, Louise Miniter ’29, Mark Moitoso ‘29, @theBostonPops Esplanade Orchestra, @BC_Chorale, and “Screaming Eagles” @BCMarchingBand with @BCDanceTeam.

This year’s event raised $12.4 million, bringing the gala’s total to over $180 million for more than 4,000 scholarships since 1993.

Thank you to all Pops attendees past and present whose generosity, loyalty, and spirit have made the Boston College dream a reality for a generation of Eagles! ❤️💛 Hugh Jackman wearing a BC bomber jacket while facing the audience.
