Man , the cool instagram caption can wait !! Today was beautiful .. just so intentional & so meaningful. Just a gifted day. Firstly, this was all done for my brother @bcide . I truly think it was divine timing when I met you a couple months ago .. wasn’t in the best place & coming across you and your incredible - FORGED character, it inspired me to get back to my true form once again. I cannot thank you enough and please understand that you have helped me more than you’ll ever know. You lit a fire under my ass man ! Also wanna give a few more shoutouts .. my amazing sister, @summer32995 .. you are a light to this world & represent Christ so well. Your effort today to keep pushing forward despite all the marathon cons is incredible and downright impressive - you’re an incredible mother and I’m so glad I was able to do a full fucking marathon with my big sister . Showing love to @pakzenko13 & @edwardmalyovany just two monsters and great brothers of mine. These are the type of people you want to have surrounding you in your life man. & btw, Ed is way to humble man so I’ll just say it for him - this son of a bitch is one of those 100 mile race type of dudes .. just had his little cake walk today and got a 2:54 for todays marathon. Just incredible. I truly look up to you man and I hope to accomplish at least half the things you have already done. Huge huge shoutout as well to @jacobkempp20 , this was his first marathon. Got hit with the good ol’ marathon cons and had horrific cramps throughout both of his legs with PLENTY of miles left to go .. if you don’t know .. that is a great deal of not only physical but HORRIFIC mental pressure - and yet, this motherfucker still got it done and paid it all in full so much credit to you my brother and I’m excited to see what you’re gonna accomplish next. Lastly, one last shoutout to Mikey Sinyard. Doesn’t have an instagram but you can see his happy ass in my profile picture. Before he left back to NC he gifted me with these like .. anti cramping pills and I didn’t feel a thing. More so I want to just shoutout his character rather than the gift. He is just an incredible human being. Philippians 4:8 , live your life.

A concept album, MonSter takes inspiration from thoughts and experiences relating to identity, resilience, and the invisible battles of living with multiple sclerosis. To my knowledge, there isn’t another full length album that explores this perspective – a known condition but one rarely captured in art and music. The songs reflect B-Cide’s own journey through life with MS, and yet on the surface, these are simply artistic and gripping original rap tracks; the depth and sense of story woven in building beautifully on an existing talent and reason for making music. MonSter the title track is revealing and nostalgic, a haunting old-school beat led by diverse vocals that shine light on the various nuances of disability and debilitating health conditions. Then there’s the single release Still Me, featuring Grace R and Chris Cox – a heartfelt and near-euphoric song, with a hugely anthemic RnB chorus, which doubles down on the topic of perseverance and self-identity, creating change and possibility in moving forwards despite the struggles of multiple sclerosis. #bcide #ms #multiplesclerosis #hiphopalbum #newmusic

Sometimes the hardest truth to accept in a relationship is this: People make time for what truly matters to them. Busy people still find a moment. Bad communicators suddenly know how to communicate. Slow texters reply fast when they actually care. Not because they changed overnight. But because effort naturally appears when someone truly wants to keep you in their life. And that realization can hurt. Because it forces you to stop blaming timing, circumstances or misunderstandings. Sometimes the truth is simpler than we want it to be. You weren’t asking for too much. You were asking the wrong person.

One of the most underrated things in a relationship is emotional safety. Knowing you can say what’s on your mind without feeling judged. Knowing your worries won’t be dismissed. Knowing your feelings won’t be treated like a burden. Real love isn’t only about the happy moments. It’s also about being there when things feel heavy. Listening when the other person needs to vent. Holding space when words are hard to find. Because when someone truly cares about you, they don’t only show up for the easy days. They stay present for the hard ones too. Follow if you believe love should feel safe enough to share everything on your heart.
