ONE YEAR. 🚀

One year ago today, I launched Level Up Athlete Recruiting, and it’s been filled with soooo many incredible moments, opportunities, experiences, connections, memories, and growth.

I don’t know if I can fully put into words how awesome this ride has been and the craziest part is — it’s just getting started!

Had to share a few highlights from the last 365:

🏆 Got to work with and build relationships with some incredible humans, wildly talented athletes, and their families/support systems.

🌎 Watched Level Up athletes compete nationally and internationally — and become State Champions, National Champions, and All-Americans!

🎓 Took athletes on college visits and helped them find their “best fit” in a school and their next step.

🤝 Facilitated partnerships between local/regional businesses and some elite-level athletes.

🎤 Had the opportunity to speak at several impactful, larger-scale events.

🏀 Helped create a local basketball camp and series of clinics for youth athletes focused on both confidence and skill development.

🎓 Was fortunate enough to be present for TWO college graduations — an incredible full-circle moment, as they were the first athletes I ever worked with to help get to college to continue playing sports.

📰 Had a magazine article written about me and Level Up Athlete Recruiting.

And honestly, those are just a few of the highlights.

I am incredibly thankful and grateful for every athlete, family, coach, business, mentor, friend, and supporter who has been part of this first year. You’ve helped make this journey so much more than I could have imagined.

This is only the beginning. 💙🚀

Level Up. Always. And in ALL WAYS.

✍️ A little different kind of workout.

I had some of my athletes write a letter to their future selves—one they won’t get back until they graduate college. 🎓📬

I gave them prompts to help guide the process, but intentionally made it reflective — thinking about who they are NOW, who they want to become, what they hope to accomplish, and how they hope others will speak about them when their time as a collegiate student-athlete at their school is finished.

Years from now, they’ll open these letters and get to hear from the version of themselves before stepping foot on campus. 📝❤️

🔥 YOUR TURN. MAKE IT HAPPEN.

Write a letter to your future self—next month, next year, 5 years from now…whatever works for you. Think about who you are now, who you want to become, how you want to grow, and what you’re chasing. 🎯

Then put it on paper. Set the vision. Go make it happen and LEVEL UP. 💯🔥

Behind the scenes from summer…

✔️ ✈️ Flew to another state to accompany one of my athletes on a huge recruiting visit
✔️🎓 Took another one on a college visit
✔️📝 Helped an incredible athlete complete a grant application that could make a major difference in so many ways for next season.
✔️🌍🏃🏽‍♀️Sent “go crush it” texts to several of my humans competing across the Atlantic at major track meets and championships—and made sure to catch their races. Keeping up with all those time zones is no joke. 😂
✔️🤝 Took one of my guys, who’s majoring in Criminal Justice, to meet and connect with some high-ranking law enforcement leaders.
✔️🏡🎓 Had 3 of my amazing athletes over for dinner before they head off to college. Laughed, reflected, shared highlights, and just spent time.
✔️ ❤️📱Spent countless hours checking in with my athletes—catching up, encouraging them, supporting them, and simply being present. Sometimes it’s not about sports at all...it’s about making sure they know they’re seen, valued, and that I’ve got them anytime, always.

Truthfully, I’ve never posted anything like this before because I don’t do any of it for recognition. Most people never see these moments, and that’s never been the point. This is simply who I am.

Being a mentor is one of the greatest privileges of my life and something I take tremendous pride in. At Level Up, I strive to be more than a recruiting advisor—I want to be someone my athletes can always count on, whether they’re winning championships, facing setbacks, celebrating life’s biggest moments, or navigating the toughest ones. Watching them grow, chase big dreams, and become who they’re meant to be will always be worth it.

With the school year and seasons about to be in FULL EFFECT, LET’S GET IT! 🔥 It’s time to get serious about your recruiting journey, Level Up, and put yourself in position for the opportunities you want! 🏀🏃🏽‍♂️🏈🏐⚽️

If you’re an athlete looking for recruiting guidance built on real relationships, my DMs are always open. Let’s navigate this journey together and find the opportunity that fits you best. 🚀💪🏽

“End of the road. On to the next starting line“🔥🆙

It’s hard to say goodbye to something that has been such a big part of my life. Track and field taught me lessons that go far beyond the sport and helped shape me into the person I am today. I’m grateful for the friendships, memories, teammates, and coaches that made these four years unforgettable. Thank you, Pioneer Track & Field, for everything you’ve given me and for helping make me who I am today.
