After sustaining a knee injury playing volleyball, Brad began receiving trigger point dry needling in his quad to help with his rehabilitation.

Thanks to the help of this healing modality and our therapist Ariel, he’ll soon be ready to get back on the court 👏

2019 Manhattan Beach 6 Man Champs 🥇
Thanks to late Godfather (Charlie Saikley) who over 40 years ago created one of the greatest events in beach lifestyle history.
Also a huge shout out to @spyderboards @kmslegal and @daiginjo for giving us an opportunity to win back to back championships.

Sending love and prayers to our missing family @edlunnen and @ericzaunbeachvolley. Both 6man champs that passed way before their time and will always be with us.

Bali Day...1?

Technically this is day 1, most of it was traveling though lol. We came across this interesting purple rabbit in the Taipei airport and had to get a picture of it. The airport itself was amazing! The shops, the food (it's been forever since I've had Pho) and the entertainment. They had art galleries, history of music with listening areas, children's play areas (all Hello Kitty of course lol) and do much more. The thought that went into this airport was fantastic.
We got to the villa right about sunset and it was just as spectacular as David and I remembered it. Prama was the villa manager here 3 years ago when we got married. She is still here and it was amazing that she remembered us. It was honestly emotional for me when she gave me a great big hug and said welcome home. A few moments later we were greated with cold towels and this amazing lemongrass drink. Eddy was also here 3 years ago and also remembered us!
I am beyond grateful we get to share our anniversary with our friends and show them this beautiful, magical place.
One thing I learned last night as we were sitting and visiting, the 16th of March is not only David and my anniversary, but our good friend @jeffreywilbur birthday! So we'r have LOTS to celebrate!
Keep tuned in for more fun adventures... we have a sunrise volcano hike and a trip to the monkey sanctuary as a few fun things 😁
