Fall weather has an interesting side effect: you might not feel as thirsty. 🍂 In the summer, the heat is what reminds you to hydrate. You’re sweaty, you’re parched, you’re out by the pool, you reach for water without thinking. Then the temperature drops, and so does your urge to hydrate. It’s easy to assume you just need less. But you still need just as much hydration. Your body is still losing water, you just notice it less. Cooler temperatures can blunt your thirst signals. Fall air tends to be drier, and once the heater turns on, your indoor air gets even drier. You see your breath on a cold morning walk, and that’s moisture leaving with every exhale. Add the pumpkin spice lattes, the extra cup of coffee to get through darker mornings, and the layers that keep you warm (and a little sweaty), and it adds up fast. The tricky part is that dehydration doesn’t always announce itself. Sometimes it shows up as afternoon exhaustion, brain fog, dry skin, or just feeling a little off. That’s why a simple hydration routine can help in fall, too. We drink a hydration stick in the morning, before coffee. And then keep a few in our bag for long days, post-workout, or that 3pm wall where we usually reach for a 2nd or 3rd coffee. Stock up on our premium everyday hydration for the cozy months. First time orders get free shipping and 20% off — or subscribe and save for $$ off all year round. ✨

Urban photography, for me, is about unexpected backgrounds and contrasts. These contrasts help create a fuller picture of how we perceive cities, industrialization, and especially their cultural identity. I love experimenting with photography and finding inspiration in the most overlooked or unappealing places. I use them to create unique images that reveal the culture, character, and unexpected beauty of cities, especially Los Angeles, where contrasts are everywhere. #photographyinspiration #foryou

HairBesties, choosing how to lighten the hair depends on the result we want. Sometimes I reach for permanent or high-lift color, and other times a lightener is the better choice. A lightener with low-volume developer can give us a brighter result than high-lift color with a higher-volume developer. Both have their place…it comes down to the hair in front of us and the look we’re creating. ✨ For curls, I love using Olaplex BondShaper to help define and enhance their natural shape. And can we talk about golden blondes? I’m so happy we’re celebrating warmth again. There are so many beautiful shades to explore, and the right golden tone can look bright, rich, and easier to maintain. 💛 Thank you my assistant @arianasin and model @bcurb for this amazing class with @olaplex #olaplex #guytang #hair #blondes #haireducation
