What a great Saturday at Transformation Health’s Youth Fun Day! 💙💚

We started with a feelings check-in, followed by movement, an engaging mental health group, and our “Anger Volcano” activity. Our youth explored coping skills to help regulate their nervous systems before their emotions “erupt.” 🌋🧠

During our self-love workshop, participants practiced self-reflection while painting and designing mirrors. They also created personalized tote bags filled with positive affirmations and expressive pins! 🎨🪞✨

We were also excited to enroll youth in our Health Home Program, connecting them with additional support and resources for their physical health and overall well-being.

A beautiful day of fun, creativity, connection, healing, and empowerment—because at Transformation Health, we are always transforming lives! 💙

🎤✨ Baltimore’s Got HEALING Talent Show was an unforgettable evening at the VIP Lounge in our Healing Suites! Our talented kiddos sang, rapped, and danced, creating a truly magical atmosphere of support and positivity. Here’s to fostering creativity and resilience one performance at a time! 🎶💚

- Inspiring performances by kids aged 6-13
- An evening filled with music, dance, and joy
- Encouraging healing through creative expression
- Our proud volunteers and supporters joining in

A super special shoutout to our @baltcityschools students from the @theseedschoolmd who coordinated and helped the kids reach their highest potential in the show. Mr. Khalid & Mr. Sonny…JOB WELL DONE‼️🙌🏽👏🏼👏🏾🙏🏼🙌🏻💋💚

Your support helps us create more moments like these. Please take a moment and consider making a donation to our charity to support our mission to heal 1 million children in the US. Let’s continue to inspire and heal together! 💚

The right to vote is a cornerstone of democracy, and the Brennan Center is proud to be part of the fight to ensure that every eligible voter can cast a ballot.

Dr. Chelsea Jones, researcher in the Democracy Program, spoke with BCYVRC’s founder, Aeirss Prince, about why we continue this fight.

Watch the entire conversation at the link in our bio.
