Our little Ari dog went over the rainbow bridge earlier this morning 🌈🐕🐾 she passed in her sleep, 😭 we are so sad , but extremely grateful for the over 16 years of love, and joy and playfulness ,she brought to our lives and the lives of all who met her. We feel like she was a very highly evolved soul and will be carrying on in big and beautiful ways✨✨✨We love you Ari 🪽🪽🪽🌀🤲🏼🙇🏻‍♀️🙏🥰

i have so many words for this year, but the ones that have rang the most true, are these:

-things can be beautiful and amazing and life altering and still, the hardest things you’ve ever done or been through in your life. duality has been a big theme in my life lately. the beauty that comes when you understand opposing things can be equally true at the same time. this has been the most challenging and difficult year…yet, the one i have felt most alive. i am so proud for letting myself feel endlessly and deeply this year. it takes a lot of bravery but it is so worth it, and we are all capable if we let ourselves love big and hurt big. here’s to hurting and loving and living and being fearlessly alive in every moment

A little late but still—my love letter to 2025 ❤️‍🔥

The hardest one by far—physically, mentally, and spiritually—yet easily the most substantive.

7 countries. From a thousand life-altering conversations, debilitating laughter that resembles delirium and contemporary dances on the cobblestone streets of Barcelona, to bed bug scares, wandering around homeless at 4am in Amsterdam, and getting our only clothes locked in the basement washers of Switzerland. The profound loss and heartbreak that deepened my capacity for love and life; learning that depth is a function of friction and growth lives in the challenge.

A year so full of pain, passion, light, music, art, fear, experience, chaos, connection—lessons on balance and duality—so many beautiful souls and so so so much dancing. The person it has made me—I wouldn’t trade for the world.

With that being said, here’s a glimpse of my camera roll from the year that made me feel alive again. A long video but a fun watch if you stay, I promise :)

the year twenty twenty-five: the year I found out that, in most every situation, it would benefit me to always be loving and gentle with myself.

this year I learned to hold less value in the meanings of resilience and efficiency. I learned to value slowness, intention, wearing-down the shiny parts until they become more comfortable, not pristine: but well-loved.

20 photos never feels like enough, but to everyone who gave me a chance to share my love with you and taught me something this year, thank you <3

Guess what Paul found a wet /burned stack of photos all stuck together and somehow they were spared 🥹❤️‍🔥 well burnt and wet, but my daughter says they look more vintage that way, and plans on make a collage, spread them outside to dry , some friends and acquaintances might see your selves!And the other good news is he found all my cast iron pans, tortilla pan and Dutch oven all cast iron, some were my moms, im so grateful! It’s the little things this brings great gratitude 🙏 🥹🤲🏼🙇🏻‍♀️ first photo is one year Paul, Johanna and I went tree 🌲 hunting and had probably a 16 ft tree that year! Johanna and I were very excited about that! Paul was a very proud tree hunter 💫
