Why do we Front Squat?

Builds strong quads – more emphasis on the front of your legs than back squats

Improves core strength – abs and upper back work hard to keep you upright

More upright posture – reinforces good squat mechanics and posture

Less lower back stress – reduces forward lean and spinal strain

Boosts mobility – especially in ankles, hips, and upper back

Athletic carryover – helps with jumping, sprinting, and lifting movements

Teaches better form – harder to “cheat,” so technique improves faster

Lighter loads, safer feel – typically use less weight but with strong benefits

Can feel awkward at first – wrist and shoulder mobility may need time to adapt

Our CFM crew took it to the road this morning at the Crescent City Classic! 🏃‍♂️

Proud of everyone representing out there - this is exactly what consistent training is for. Strong, capable, and ready to take on whatever you sign up for!

Nice work, guys! 👏
