Side note - i love all the versions / cropped and not cropped, dots and no dots on sleeves, waist shaping versus straight body ! Everyone made their pullovers to suit their taste which is why we knit, right ?!

Meeting my test knitters in person yesterday might just be my favorite moment of the entire trip to Salem!
Here are the various stages of the seashell pullover we are working with on, which I admit I had a nice chunk done in the car ride up to Salem for the fiber witches festival.

The pattern will be out next month !

We have a New Year’s Ease KAL winner!

The high arbiters have spoken (okay, the tiny dog has spoken - I put all the finishers names in a hat, then let the Wandering Star Dog have a pick). She’s sorry she ran away with it. Also for the slobber.

Day 1: Hi also known as…J. Mac

Day 2: A 2023 Memory, my first trip to Rhinebeck with a fabulous group of women who inspire and support me on my knitting/crochet fiber journey.

Day 3: Looking forward…One Skein At A Time. I am accepting that I am a slow knitter and that’s ok. I get so inspired by fiber friends and I want to make all the things, but there is only so much time in a day. It is teaching me patience and allowing myself to live in the moment.

Day 4: I just realized that I don’t have any pics of all my @skeinyarnshop friends. I will definitely need to work on that. My home away from home.

Day 5: Motivation Monday…nothing would be possible without coffee-period!

The New York Sheep & Wool festival (AKA Rhinebeck) was a blast! It was so much fun to be surrounded by so many likeminded people and meet some fiber friends in person!

Even though our house ended the fun early, my roomies were literally the best part of the trip. We had a blast chatting, laughing, and crafting together.

It was a whirlwind of a weekend and I can’t wait to go back in a couple years to do it all over again!
