The Movement is Medicine crew had a blast at the Beachside Pickleball Tournament Fundraiser last night! We love getting out and supporting local events, connecting with other awesome people in the Hampton roads community, and getting a little competitive while we’re at it. 😎

Dr. Sam and his wife @thekb_special understood the assignment and actually made it into the photo. 📸👏

Dr. Marc? Also in attendance.
Photographic evidence? Absolutely none. 😂

Thanks to Beachside for putting on such a great event — we love any excuse to support local, meet great people, and get moving!

Hi guys we wanted to take this opportunity to show our appreciation for Employee of the Year, 🥳Amelia Tolles! 🎉Amelia was super motivated we were informed by customers and other vendors that she would take the initiative to bring her own bank of cash to work, make change for customers and keep all of the 💸money for herself,💸 she even had special monthly meet up groups where she would specifically sell all of our products and ring everyone up under her own small business (Dark, Erotica Author Zenna Rose) venmo and cash app! She's multi-talented also running a business where she single handedly runs and manages your business for you and she's an administrator of a women's group on FB that supports local business owners! We've been having a little trouble reaching her to let her know she's been awarded Employee of the Year for Ginger Voodoo because she's blocked our number and also on all social media accounts. We're just wondering when we might receive the rest of the money she so kindly managed for us and has been holding onto and also to let her know we aren't financially able to operate in Virginia anymore (sorry guys) until that happens. If anybody knows how to get in touch with her or could ask her for the pin code she's locked us out of all of our electronic devices 📲🤳that would be incredibly helpful! 😊Thank you Amelia for treating our business (Ginger Voodoo) that Riley and I started 13 years ago with the tender loving care that it so deserved. You are definitely one in a million!👍👏

Life online has its perks — but offline events?
They’re all about a break from your phone, real energy and real connections (plus +10,000 to the vibe 🫶)

And local events let you slow down and actually be here and now.

From Unknown to Unmissable — This Is Just the Beginning.

Not long ago, conversations started with: “Where are you from?” and “What do you do?”
Now, it’s: “Oh, you’re with Alloy—I’ve heard so much about y’all.”

Virginia Beach has taken notice. The reputation we’ve built didn’t come overnight—it came from showing up, delivering real results, and never lowering our standard. From day one, we believed in the mission. Today, the community believes in us.

But this isn’t a finish line. It’s a milestone.
Because the future? It’s about more growth, more impact, and more lives changed.

We’re not just training clients—we’re building a culture.
And this team? We’re just getting warmed up.

Today was more than just mud and obstacles — it was about strength, unity, and empowerment.

Ten incredible women from Alloy Personal Training took on the Muddy Princess challenge, and they crushed it — together. Through every wall, crawl, and muddy trench, they leaned on each other, laughed with each other, and proved that fitness is more than physical. It’s about community, support, and pushing past what you thought was possible.

We’re so proud of this team. This is what Alloy is all about.
