We're thrilled to have been invited back to play at this lovely event - The @coalyardcreatives Summer Fair. The event runs 1.30-6.30pm and we'll be playing from 2.30pm on Sat 18th July. The fair promises a plethora of artisan stalls, shops, food and drink, face painting, temporary tatoos, and of course live music! Always lovely things to discover, and a great atmosphere. Plenty of parking too! We'll be helping to raise money for the @theprostateproject (the fair's chosen charity) with 50 percent of any tips going to this great cause. ❤️ See you there 😍

Three years of Knowle Park... what a way to celebrate! 🎉

Last Sunday, we marked the park's birthday with 'Grub & Groove', and what a fantastic afternoon it was. The park was filled with live entertainment, delicious food, dancing, families, friends, dogs, deckchairs, and so many smiling faces. It was exactly the kind of community celebration Knowle Park was created for.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, performed, volunteered, traded, organised, helped behind the scenes, or simply spent the afternoon with us. Your support is what makes Knowle Park such a special place.

If Grub & Groove has left you wanting more, there's plenty still to enjoy this summer!

🎭 Comedy in the Park arrives on Friday 17th July, as Rural Roars brings a fantastic evening of stand-up comedy to the lakeside. Hosted by Steve McLean, with Matthew Ali, Siobhan Dodd and headliner Robin Boot, it's set to be a brilliant night under the stars. With a bar open throughout the evening and tickets selling fast, now's the time to book!

🏹 In September, community theatre returns to the amphitheatre with 'Robin Hood in the Park'. This outdoor adventure follows Robin Hood and the Merry Men as they disguise themselves as a travelling theatre troupe to outwit the nasty Sheriff of Nottingham and the eccentric King John. Expect laugh-out-loud comedy, music, daring adventures, outrageous disguises and plenty of family fun.

Keep an eye on the events page on our website for the latest details, booking links and any changes.

We love seeing the park used for community events, family activities, performances and workshops, and we're grateful to everyone who helps make these happen. Thank you once again for making Grub & Groove such a wonderful celebration. We can't wait to see you back in the park again soon! 🌳

What an afternoon at Knowle Park as we celebrated our third birthday with Grub & Groove 2026!

A huge thank you to Hannah, Sam and Arif for their epic organising skills. I was juggling stage manager, MC and photographer duties, and about 20 minutes into the first act we also had a medical emergency to deal with, which slightly threw me off my game for the rest of the day. Thankfully, the chap involved is doing OK now.

Despite that scary moment, the afternoon was full of music, food, smiles, dancing and proper community spirit.

Thank you to all of the performers, food and drink vendors, volunteers and visitors who made it such a special afternoon in the park.

Happy 3rd birthday, Knowle Park. What a place.

Knowle Park is turning 3, and we’d love for you to celebrate with us!

On Sunday 28th June, we’re marking three years of the park with 'Grub & Groove', a relaxed community afternoon filled with great food, live entertainment, outdoor games for all ages, and plenty happening across the park throughout the day.

It’s one of our favourite days of the year, when the park is full of familiar faces, new connections, and a real summer atmosphere. Enjoy live music and performances, food and drink available on site, space to dance or simply unwind, and activities for children and families to enjoy together.

The aim is simple: bring people together, give everyone a reason to stay a little longer, and enjoy the park at its best on a summer afternoon.

We’re so excited to share our amazing lineup with you.

In just 3 years, Knowle Park has become part of everyday life for so many, whether for walks, meeting friends, or spending time outdoors. Grub & Groove is a chance to celebrate that together.

And if England have done their job against Panama in the World Cup, we might even have an extra reason to celebrate! 🎉
