“We are not always what we seem, and hardly ever what we dream.” — Peter S. Beagle, The Last Unicorn

I’m in love with the beautiful prose by @beagleverse_official, as well as The Last Unicorn collection by The Bean Workshop. My girlhood favorite is captured so beautifully in these pieces! And on this chilly October day, I was really excited to pull on this gorgeous—and comfy!—crewneck 😌

Thank you @thebeanworkshop for selecting me as a rep for this collection!

Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to frolic in the lilac wood 💜🦄

How beautiful is this rebind by @anenchantedfate?! A few years ago I treated myself to this beauty, and it’s easily the most prized book in my entire collection—as in, if the house is on fire, I’m grabbing this stat! 😆 But seriously, all of her creations are so lovely, I highly recommend!

The wait is officially over. The Last Unicorn collection is live right now at The Bean Workshop! 🦄✨

I am so happy to finally share these pieces with you. The Last Unicorn held a special place in my heart, because it’s one of my husband’s favorite movies of all time. He introduced it to me when we first started dating. I did indeed make this collection for him.

I wanted to honor the movie and the book as much as I could. The color palette matches with the movie’s, and there are hints and quotes from the book too. And of course, how can I not mention the artwork directly from the movie itself.

That brings me to @beagleverse_official team. Thank you so much for this collaboration. It has been an absolute dream!

If you love to wander the lilac woods, comment “UNICORN” to get a link in your DM or simply check my bio or stories.

Which piece are you grabbing first? Let me know in the comments! 👇

It was so fun to treat my inner child to this costume! 🦄✨
I couldn’t stop smiling while I was working on it!!

It was Christian’s idea and I was so happy they were willing to put on a fun costume and join in on the fun. We had a great time at the faire.

Happy #fantasyfriday! 🦄

Today I’m so excited to share what I received in my rep box from @thebeanworkshop, who generously sent items from their newest collection: The Last Unicorn! (Childhood me is screaming; who am I kidding? Adult me is screaming too 😆)

Anyone who knows me well knows that The Last Unicorn is basically my personality; it’s one of the works that, along with The Lord of the Rings, inspired the fantasy series I’ve been writing for years. And for my fellow Tolkienites who haven’t read Peter S. Beagle yet—please do! His voice is so reminiscent of Tolkien’s (not to mention that The Last Unicorn movie was made by the same studio that produced The Hobbit animated film!). I even got to meet Peter at New York Comic Com years ago, and he was so encouraging to me as a young reporter/aspiring fantasy writer at the time. He essentially told me, when to comes to the beast that is writing fantasy, “If I can do it, you can do it.” He was also just the sweetest person and I’m so happy he signed my book. They say never meet your heroes, but in my case it was well worth it!

So I was thrilled to see that @beagleverse_official partnered with The Bean Workshop on this gorgeous collection that has all the nostalgic vibes. 🥹 If The Last Unicorn isn’t your thing, The Bean Workshop has tons of beautiful bookish items from other fandoms, including two of my favorites, the Once Upon a Broken Heart and Letters of Enchantment series.

My code ERIN10 gets you 10% off your full order. Happy shopping! 💛📚

No lie, I’ve been wearing this crewneck every day since I received it 😄 It’s so comfy! The perfect lightweight sweatshirt for in-between weather, and this yam colorway is perfect for fall (though I’ve been calling it pumpkin!).

I also received this mug featuring Prince Lir and Amalthea 🥹 Love that it also matches so much of my hobbity decor!

Lastly, I’m so excited to wear this sweatshirt once it gets a little colder in my area! The print is so gorgeous, and the quote features the opening lines from the book. 😍 (Don’t worry, I won’t let the pups steal it!) I’m excited to style it and share it here soon! 🦄

Thank you again to @thebeanworkshop for selecting me to r

Czy wiedzieliście, że inspiracją dla tej kultowej animacji były... XV-wieczne dzieła sztuki? 🖼️✨

Unikalna, wręcz baśniowa estetyka „Ostatniego Jednorożca” to zasługa wielu godzin spędzonych przez twórców w muzeach. Animatorzy skrupulatnie studiowali kilkusetletnie gobeliny i tkaniny, aby przenieść ich niesamowity klimat prosto na ekrany kin.
