We finally got a chance to try some geode ties for the very first time! Really happy with how these came out. Ice dyeing takes much more patience but it’s so worth it for these color splits!

This shirt dyed with Dharma Trading dyes: Northern Lights, Baby Pink, Chartreuse, Better Black, Deep Purple, and Warrior Princess.

The back of this shirt has such great color splits!

The sinew gave this one great white striping.

I love the figure 8 on the sleeve of this one!

Here are some closeup shots of the color splits of shirt 1!

I’m loving the pops of green and white on this one!

Here are some closeups of shirt 3!

Incredible color payoff!

Today I completed 35 years earth-side. 35 feels different than every year that’s come before… some sweet and heavy mix of knowing who I am and wondering what comes next. I am so grateful to find myself at this point in my life, sharing every day with someone who loves me so much and getting to feel so loved and supported by the most wonderful friends.

Time is moving so quickly now, and I know it doesn’t slow down from here. I am trying to stay present in the moment and not get so wrapped up in the little things, but it is hard. It’s easier when I get to laugh with my friends, or explore a new place with my husband, or find myself staring at the campfire in my own backyard. I’m looking forward to more of those moments in the next year. 💝

Spent a peaceful Christmas at home this year, surrounded by love despite a bit of winter illness. Cherishing moments with family and friends, and counting down to next year. 🎄🎁

We basically had the whole place to ourselves tonight for Wild Lights at the @fortwaynezoo! What a magical experience, it’s definitely worth a visit if you want to get into the holiday spirit and see some beautiful lights! I think my favorite part was the barn and getting to see the peacocks up in the branches of trees fully wrapped in lights. It was so beautiful! 🎄
