I just opened up a state of nostalgia- throw back to when I first started both OG and Yoga!

I started with only 2 followers, a vision to be like a yogi I saw on here, and a few years and dropped hearts later, I was doing challenges, meeting talented brands, building long lasting relationships etc . I wrote a piece to go with my pic. Taking advance of my time in the passenger seat and the scenery . This is based on life trials and being strong when you need it!

“Steady”

She took a break
And rested her wings
After soaring through
All that life could bring
Sometimes the winds
Had challenged her so
Sometimes the light
Gave her a spot to glow

At times, knocked down
Even blown back a few feet
Frozen by the cold
Withered by heat

But as long as her spirit
Stay strong and steady
Any weather can’t stop her
Her wings will be ready.

Is it good to do online yoga?

I have been teaching yoga for over 4 years in person. I must admit that I was a bit skeptical (so to speak) about teaching online. Today I can say that thanks to these almost two years doing it, I feel that my communication skills in class have been greatly enriched.

WHY?

It is simple, by the MINIMIZATION OF THE SENSES.

In my classes in person, I usually count on sight, touch, hearing and smell.

I use various tools to create a suitable environment for the practice, with music and incense; and a communication channel through touch and vision from different angles.

In online classes it all comes down to hearing and a little more limited vision, sometimes null. The voice and the way of communicating, become a very precise tool to guide you through different aspects and stages of the class; to provide a pleasant experience.

Suddenly, a dance appears between the sender with the voice and the receiver with the movement, a communication channel where self-confidence grows and the fear of being wrong is gone.
