Feeling grateful for unremarkable days. Days full of routine and work and relative peace. ‘Nothing special’ is extremely underrated and actually very special indeed.

BEAR & BOOST

Everyone’s favourite post run refuel spot 🏃🏼‍♀️. You can find Anna and team above the Running Bear shop in Nantwich where you are always greated with the the friendliest welcome. You feel like you have just walked into your mums kitchen when you get there; the perfect place to discuss your day. Bear & Boost stock a range of our hot chocolates (we all know chocolate milk is the best post run treat) and a selection of our baked goods each week.

Day 30 of 50 Days of Cheshire – Bear & Boost

30 days already!

Today I popped into Bear & Boost in Nantwich, a business I first got to know when they became one of our Shop Local Nantwich Awards 2025 winners.

I went for lunch and had one of their paninis, which was absolutely incredible, as always!

The awards have introduced me to so many brilliant business owners over the years, and I love that those connections don’t end when the awards night does. Getting to continue supporting, visiting and shouting about businesses like Bear & Boost is exactly what Shop Local Cheshire is all about.

And with 20 days still to go, there’s plenty more Cheshire to discover!

Who would you love to see featured before we reach Day 50? 💚
