A soulful soltice celebration in the vineyard with @resonancewines🍷🌞 What a gorgeous evening to cook a seasonal feast under the towering oaks to pair with exceptional Résonance wines. As the light turned honeyed and golden, we welcomed the debut of their first vintage of Fool’s Errand, produced from a single acre vineyard of the same name. There is something mighty special about drinking wine right at the source while enjoying a meal at that magic moment when spring gives way to summer✨ Thank you @cheryljuetten for all the lovely wine photos 💛 #seasonalfood #winedinner #summersolstice #feast #livefirecooking

A reawakening 🌿 We shook off the cobwebs and held our first outdoor dinner of spring at the glorious @sideyardfarmpdx. It was so sweet to reconnect with our team and cook a vibrant spring meal over the flames, highlighting some ingredients plucked straight from the farm. Big, bodacious salads, cedar plank halibut on a riot of tender shoots and roots, and Dutch oven braised chicken with melted leeks, bacon and new potatoes—all the things we crave right now as winter fades to spring.

The film is IN from the Halloween ‘time travel’ barn boogie!! • One thing I really love about this community is how hard everyone shows out. Between THE Mortadellie (and her trusty Deli Slut) showing up in full bologna form with tasting platter in hand, Spring Forward & Fall Back working the dance floor, the Thyme Traveler, the Time Traveler and the Time Machine Repair man, or the stinky inky winky slinky with a pinky binky..Twinkie……… (there was more.. I know there was)- & a worm hole heart portal that might just open up where you least expect it. The costumes were clever and crafty and the community came strong, lighting up Stones Throw till morning. 💓 • {note the boarders had to be extend on most of these to fit the tight insta framing, so enjoy a bounty of hands and heads repeating at the edges. 🙃}
