My best friend is better than yours 😜 @beardable blew me away leaving a copy of @clintloweryofficial (lead guitarist, back up singer from @sevendustofficial ) new solo album with signed album art and a bottle of @metallica Blackened whiskey which is impossible to get!! 😱 I was honestly lost for words!!! Doesn’t get any better!! Can’t wait until October when we get to see the 7D guys live!!

Sometimes, this Dad thing is hard. Especially during a pandemic. Sometimes creativity is at zero, when it comes to doing anything beyond getting through the damn day.

But maybe it doesn’t have to be that difficult. Maybe we’re making it complicated. Maybe what our kids need most is us to show up with a little joy — a glimmer of hope that things aren’t *always* bleak right now (even if it feels like they are). And maybe we should all take a page from @beardable’s book, and have some Christmas in August. 🎄 #DadsDoingTheirBest

The Barrabool Maze is only about 29 mins from where we live, I'm amazed we haven't been here before!
