It only took me having a handsome baby boy to take a diet seriously for once bcuz for bodybuilding shows i didnt take those preps serious enough as i do them for fun but bcuz my little boy was going to be in this photoshoot i took getting lean serious #parttimebodybuilder. The spartan theme part of the photoshoot with the amazing @kest_visual_artist was done at the end of the photoshoot and we cudnt add Baby Theo in bcuz he was asleep at this point and he was already a peaky blinders baby , a batman baby , a superman baby , trophy baby , a baby boxer so talk about a fun Daddy Baby Superhero themed photoshoot. = these cute pics will b uploaded soon
@slehane is Supermom everyday so she's the real Superhero in this family x

Scrivendo, a volte. Luce! Buon 2026.

When ur holding the Real Trophies of life in ur arms.

The Baby King Theo Logan Nelligan Superhero photoshoot prep that tuned into me doing 2 bodybuilding shows along the way simply bcuz I got this lean without stresing bot shows

I've been lucky to make amazing memories with this beautiful lady @slehane and she has given me a son that has changed and improved every aspect of our lives.

I never thought such a little human could create so much love .

Baby King Theo Logan Nelligan even got to get up onstage at the Mr. Cork show to be raised up as my Little Lion King during my 1 min posing routine.
The crowd loved it and it's a memory I will cherish forever.
I only did the show to have s cute routine with my little man onstage with me .
I didnt expect to win the Over 90kg heavyweight bodybuilding class and then to battle it out for top 3 in the overall was a good laugh.
Fun times were had at the Mr. CORK as always .

A special mention to my buddy ,training partner and Natty Horse @mike__teahan for all his amazing support coming upto the shows and getting pissed after the shows too in the pub. A true support in the gym and while partying also ha . The progress this man has made with his physique, his health and his attitude towards improving himself inspired me also on this photoshoot prep.

Thanks to the @herculesgymtralee owners and pure gentlemen @ivanko_iron and @svajunasjonavicius for creating an amazing gym in Tralee for all of us to work on n create the physiques we want.
The Co. Kerry Iron Playground

The Beautiful 1 Siobhan Lehane impresses me more and more each day with how happy she makes our little man feel. He's full of smiles and giggles simply bcuz he has a Supermommy.

Life as parents has only begun BUT it's been amazing already watching our little Baby King Theo Logan Nelligan grow into a chunky , chubby, happy cute little ball of joy xxx
