Last Friday, the Bear Homes team came together to celebrate the retirement of our colleague and friend, Alison Jenkins.

Alison has been an incredible part of Bear Homes for the past seven years, most recently serving as our New Homes Sales Consultant Realtor. Her dedication, knowledge, and genuine care for our homeowners made a lasting impact on our team and the families she helped along the way.

Thank you, Alison, for all you've contributed. We’re so grateful for your years of service and wish you nothing but the best in this exciting new chapter!

Happy Groundbreaking Day! 🏠✨

We’re thrilled to break ground on the first of four new Adult Family Homes—a huge step toward giving more of our students the opportunity to live more independently, build life skills, and experience fuller, more empowered lives. 💛

What makes these homes even more special? They’re being built right in the heart of residential neighborhoods—among other families, where our students belong. Because inclusion means being part of the community in every way. 🌳🏡

A huge thank you to @bearhomes_llc for helping us turn this dream into a reality. You’re not just building houses—you’re helping build futures. 🛠️🌟

Want to support this exciting project? Visit our wishlist to help us fill this home with the essentials that make any house a happy one. 🛋️🍽️🧼

Our team had an amazing time at this year’s National Association of Home Builders International Business Show, where we explored the latest trends, innovative products, and cutting-edge strategies shaping the future of residential construction. From exciting product launches to hands-on demos and thought-provoking sessions with industry leaders, this event was a treasure trove of ideas and insights.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to connect with so many experts and bring back fresh solutions and inspiration to elevate the homes we build. Stay tuned for the next big thing in homebuilding — thanks to everything we learned at #IBS2025! 🏡
