Hey Ya'll! So this poem was inspired by my first experience in a Rip Tide! 🏊‍♂️
.
As I was being pulled out to sea I felt absolute fear! The harder I tried to swim to shore, the worse my situation became.... 😯
.
I exhausted all my energy trying the same method that didn't work..... 😟
.
The memory of that experience was what inspired me to pen this poem! 👍
.
Sometimes in life, I find myself using up all of my energy trying the same method, over and over, and not getting anywhere.... 🤔
.
Thats the analogy of this poem! 🙏
.
Never loose hope and stay focused on your goal! 👊
.
👉 If somethings not working, change your method!

You have a unique vibrational frequency that the human senses cannot comprehend.
Only in silence can one communicate through this unique vibrational frequency. It is mysterious yet magical ✨
A connection that goes beyond the human EGO.
When we speak, the Ego speaks. When energy speak, it speaks truth.
So then what you feel in the exchange of energy between another being only shares truth. There's no reading between the lines. It is a pure human connection🌍✨

Desire and Self-control are like the opposite side of a Magnet.
It clashes as the flesh betrays one another.
Like a circle cycle, the Black is darkness, and the Red is blood that we all share the same colour off, becomes murky & dirty in the lust and loss of ourselves in its failed attempt in finding one's self.
So we betray ourselves, our fellow friends, lovers and tribe members all in the name of lust & flesh...
a wounded child. a wounded Collective.🌍

Take that heavy 'Shadow' bag off your shoulder & start unpacking it with someone you trust, who fully accepts every side of you judgement-free.
Be brave, be open, be vulnerable, be real & be transparent about everything. Especially the parts that we suppress and deny. The ones that make us feel ashamed and guilty. Set yourself free from that burden that’s on your shoulder and let love lead. One heal heart is one step closer to healing The collective wound. 🌍✨❤️

❌ Calm Your Mind ❌
Feeling overwhelmed? Do you ever feel like your mind is drowning in thought??😔
.
This used to be me.... Constantly overthinking things.....😵
.
One of the reasons for this that I managed to identify was simply taking on too much....🤯
.
If your life is not in balance, if you've taken on too much work, family and friends have become too demanding or your not taking enough time for yourself to relax..... Anxiety will start to rear its ugly head....😖
.
Look, noone on this planet is perfect! I constantly take on too much! I expect perfection from myself but that simply cannot happen.....
.
I am an imperfect person living in an imperfect world.....🤪
.
❌My advice.... If you find yourself overwhelmed by thoughts due to anxiety related stress..... Just remember....
.
This is your body's way of gently reminding you that you are out of balance. So take some time for yourself! Be thankful that you came to this realisation and make the changes needed to regain alignment and happiness!🧘‍♂️

❌ Stop eating so fast! ❌
Who's guilty of this one....... ✋

I get it..... You've rushed home from work, showered, cooked as quick as you can.....
.
And now your eating as fast as you can..... Because you still have things left to do and not enough time in the day to do them......😵
.
❌Stop!!!!!!
.
Here's something to consider...
.
How can you expect your body to process your meal..... If your mind is focused on the future and not on the present moment??? 🤔
.
How do you taste a meal if your rushing through it? 🤷‍♂️
.
Was 45mins of cooking worth the 5 minutes it took you to consume it?
.
The mind and body are connected. If you suffer with IBS, your body will thank you to take the time to chew and process your food..... Otherwise, pain and bloating will nearly always follow.... 💩
.
Food is a privilege. If you have it, enjoy it...... But enjoy it the right way..... By taking the time to be present and grateful for what you have! 🧘‍♂️
.
I know I'm guilty of eating too quick sometimes..... Who else out there does the same!!!????? ✋✋
