3 weeks out from hitting the streets of Dublin one year on from our first marathon. 🏙️

Been a tough week. Nothing that’s concerning me, just a reminder that we’ve had some big runs recently. All part of the process.. longest runs have been ticked off, and I’m happy with them. Time to start tapering down and arrive fresh.

In 3 weeks. we’ll empty the tank.

6 days post show visuals
Keeping it honest, did I have an off plan meal after my show? Yes without a doubt
Did I go straight back to plan the next day? Yes without a doubt.

I easily could’ve called it quits the day after and stuffed the f*ck out of my face but it’s about discipline.

Currently 6 days out from a shoot to close off this prep and will I go out for dinner after? Again yes without a doubt
