The 2026 race season has left me feeling worked but with a big smile on my face. I am grateful for every year that I get to race my bike around the World but this year has been quite special. There has been so many different opportunities to push myself as a racer and person.

From racing TTT Nationals in May to my first World Cup Short Track in September, I have driven myself to make the most of every opportunity put in front of me. I set out with goals written down at the start of the year and achieved every single one of them. It may not have been in the fashion I imagined, the goals were still achieved.

I was quite bummed to miss my final race of the year at Collegiate National Championships with COVID but that means early Off-Season and more time to prepare for next year. I’m more fired up for next than I ever have been with so many things I want to achieve and new levels to find. I want to thank the people in my corner for making all of these dreams a reality.

Steps to make the most of a shit situation:

1. Breathe in
2. Prioritize
3. Move so quickly that you don’t have the time or energy to think about the crushing weight of everything you have to do
4. Succeed
5. Breathe out

Basically the last 48hrs felt like being thrown into a crash course of how to scramble. Glad that despite seemingly insurmountable odds, a positive mindset was harnessed, and podiums were achieved. It’s never as bad as you think it is, and if it was, it’s probably too late to do anything about it.

Great little lesson in learning to let go a bit. Very little time to shoot this weekend, but a further 6 days of Bentonville ahead of us in final prep for @bigsugargravel next weekend and then the 🏁 for the year.

2026 Happy Valley Town Series

Stoked @tusseymountain hosted again this fall! Three beautiful evenings of biking and running (or both) around a super fun lap- in and out of the expo and around the pond.

What an awesome community locally to live, train, and pursue my education with. I truly get to carry a little bit of @happyvalleypa everywhere I go! ✨️ Seeing the kids I coached over the summer for camp and their whole family showing out gave me such joy! 🩷
