Fellow Illustrators, Most Gracious Contributors of the Fine Arts! Good very, very early morning from Salzburg! For this twentieth day of thy artistic challenge, I present to you, MY NIGHTMARE. A REQUIEM FOR ME. Herr Salieri had the AUDACITY to sneak up to me in this creepy mask and scared me just for fun! It scared the rendering out of me!!! (That movie haunts me terribly)

Day 17-
Fellow Illustrators, Most Gracious Contributors of the Fine Arts! For this seventeen day of thy artistic challenge, I present to you, my morning routine of my cosmetics; specifically, the rouge. Since I want to look as classy and manly as possible in the royal court (where I usually am) I really take my time to make it look good! Also, I learned doing the cosmetics first reduces the chance of messing up my good WHITE shirts. (Also, I do ye like my styles natural hair?)

I noticed that you seem to like this gentleman, so I met with him. He is nice. (I have perfect pitch)

Happy (belated) Birthday Dear Fredrick! @fryderyk_franciszek_chopin_

Since I travel so often, I figured it was time to pay my friend a visit for his special day! For those who didn’t know, Herr Chopin was born on March 1st in Warsaw and has come to be a symbol of Polish patriotism through his exceptional piano music! Since I know Fredrick’s not one for big crowds, I thought it would be a good idea to peacefully celebrate at his house in Żelazowa Wola. We had a wonderful time sharing our music, talking, and strolling around his gorgeous estate! I am deeply grateful for his life and his friendship! Hopefully he likes the portrait of our visit!

Fortunately, I feel as though this illness is starting to depart; unfortunately, it seems as though the sickness has been getting to me in another way (my mood). Then, as I am going about my work, I get a nosebleed. This did not make anything better. As I was about to make my feelings regarding my situation known out loud, I instead took a minute to breathe, find a place to sit, and eat something. Quickly, my positivity came back! Having said this, I realize how easy it is to let small situations get to thee. Certainly we have a right to our feeling and opinions, but it must be reason that leads us. Some people are naturally gifted in self control of emotions and others (like me) have to work hard to achieve it. In all seriousness, my wish is to be a good example and that starts with managing my reactions to small things. (Forgive the handkerchief, but this was the only way to get a half dec photograph.)

I was checking how many times I have I have become ill this winter and it concerns me. My immune system might be worse than my common sense. Thank goodness I only live in Central Europe and not Scandinavia (like His Lordship @tigerpetri ). I am sincerely impressed by anyone who can get through a winter like that without suffering from pneumonia! For my friends and audience who come from cold climates (more so than Salzburg) what is a remedy for keeping healthy in the cold? (Also, what is something that could help my sore throat?)

During my musical tours, I, Herr Mozart, not only have the pleasure of meeting many kind aristocrats, but I also get a chance to befriend very talented craftsmen! Last year, after making friends with Monsieur Peteau, I traveled to Italy! Between the food and the opera houses, I was constantly going out, but as a gentleman, I absolutely must wear the best perfumes! When searching for the perfect place to learn about scents I came across a shop called “BOTTEGA DELL’AMORINO” which is owned by a knowledgeable gentleman by the name of Signor Scavuzzo! @mscavuzzo_parfumeur Quickly we became good friends! Not only can he elegantly explain the history of scents and perfumes, but he himself makes them too (and in a historically correct way)! It reminds me of the perfumes I smelled in Versailles Palace in my timeline! To thank him for being kind to me, I thought it would be both relaxing and fun to make a portrait for him. Considering that his business’ name means “At the sign of cupid”, I thought a mythological Italian renaissance-esque theme would be fine. I know that it is different, but I hope he likes it!

Have any of ye ever been with a teacher and had to demonstrate what thou hast “practiced” over the week while maintaining an expression similar to this when being asked to explain thy “practicing”? Well, if “practicing” can be considered plucking for a few minutes prior to the lesson, then yes, I, Herr Mozart “practiced”. Ain’t I just a great example? *sarcasm*
