Had an emotional night at Javier's in Irvine celebrating a "New Beginnings" Nickle Team dinner.

🌟 The Nickle Team truly feels like a family, and it's been an incredible journey with its highs and lows. After months of personal reflection, I had made the tough choice to leave the team in December due to a lack of communication from leadership and feeling unappreciated and undervalued.

However, things took an unexpected turn in early January after a heartfelt conversation with Daryl Owen. He took accountability for the missteps in 2023 and, remarkably, asked me for a second chance just to make things right after my resignation. Being someone who always believed in 2nd chances and the fact that I felt heard... lead me to come back to the Nickle team.

Excitingly, part of this new chapter includes 1on1 coaching from Daryl—a valuable aspect I hadn't experienced since joining the team. I am grateful for the support, unity, and growth opportunities within the Nickle Team family, and I look forward to what the future holds 🚀💙
