A few weeks ago I started a petition for a safer pedestrian crossing right before the Amboy Bridge as our greenway was washed away. Last week I brought the Petition to the @frenchbroadrivermpo

Currently there are 385 signatures.

I spoke for exactly 3 minutes which was how long I waited for a car to stop for me to cross the street.

I have followed up with them as well as our City Counsel to keep the conversation going with DOT. I hope to have an update soon as we get through these past two winter weather weekends.

Fridays we release the body! Today we did some foam rolling, mobility, & finished with stretches. Such a great way to start the weekend right.

Loved leading the tribe through injury prevention screening this am to bring self awareness to limitations/imbalances we all have

Being aware and identifying these areas allow us to put a plan of action in place to work on it and improve

This allows us to catch an area of limitation before it may turn into an injury or more significant imbalance

This also allows us to continue showing up to workouts and pushing ourselves with more knowledge of our bodies and how to make modifications if needed

These athletes took preventative action in their health journey today for ultimate LONGEVITY!

Are you taking preventative actions in your health?

Where are my fit tribe warriors?

Everybody has a mountain they need to climb, a race they need to run, a dumbbell they must lift!!! Without the battles you do not learn & grow, life becomes mundane & super BORING. So keep fighting! Never give up! Grind out! Be the one who shows up day in day out and continues to overcome the wild obstacles life has for us! ❤️
