The devil is in the details.( Anybody can make a plan. The difference is who keeps working when things don’t go according to plan.)

There are levels to the work. Knowing what to work on and how to execute is just as important as putting in the physical reps. Talent alone isn’t enough.

There’s an IQ component to all of this.

Learning the game. Understanding reads, coverages, schemes, and situations. Managing your time. Taking care of your body. Building discipline. Developing financial literacy. Choosing the right friendships. Conducting yourself the right way in the classroom, in your community, and when nobody is watching.

Every one of those things requires work.

Our objective at #TWGAS isn’t just to develop better athletes it’s to help develop better people. We want to identify the work that often gets overlooked and help athletes navigate the pitfalls that have derailed so many before them.

Because here’s the truth…

The work always shows.

You can’t fake preparation.
You can’t fake discipline.
You can’t fake consistency.
Eventually, your habits introduce you before you ever say a word.

Stay locked in.
Renew your mind.
Fuel your body.
Rest. Recover. Repeat.

Drop a 💯 if you’re committed to becoming the person your goals require.

Because championships, scholarships, and opportunities don’t come from wishes.

They come from the work.

Dream Bigger made its mark in Nebraska ‼️💭🏀

We kicked things off with our Youth Skills Camp, providing boys and girls ages 8-16 an opportunity to learn, compete, and grow their love for the game. We then hosted our second Dream Bigger Positional Skills Camp, featuring 15 of Lincoln’s top emerging forwards and wings, with an average camper height of 6’7. A huge thank you to Nebraska Pro Skills Trainer Derek Shouse (@beasttraining_ne ) for his collaboration, leadership, and commitment to helping these athletes develop both on and off the court.

The future is bright in Nebraska, and we’re grateful for every player, parent, and supporter who helped make this weekend a success.
Until next time, keep dreaming bigger. 💤
