Founders doing founder things. I came to the understanding a few days ago that for the first time in over a decade I am walking the walk of a founder again For anyone who has ever started a company you know all too well the story of wearing every hat within the company in order to make it successful. You do what you have to do Since returning back to work after having 2 babies and before that the pandemic (yes I've been behind the scenes for nearly 5 years) I am returning with a fresh perspective — a new outlook on how to operate a growing company. First and foremost, I've said goodbye to hustle culture. Yep those 12+ hour work days just aren't, and in fact cannot, work for me anymore I've become crystal clear on our values as a company and who we partner with. Whether that is our employees, our suppliers, to the accounts we serve and the events we sponsor. We work with people who value quality, community and integrity. And I'm stepping into new arenas - podcasts, panels, accelerators (@flowstatefounder), meetups and events. Thats on the physical level, but on the emotional, and dare I say it spiritual level, I am levelling UP. For far too long I've let others get ahead, I've stayed quiet, dimmed my own light. And that's no longer for me. This is the year of the fire horse. There is intense growth and magnetic alignment waiting to be actualized. What are you claiming and stepping into this year Lets Gooooo 🚀
