Earlier this summer, I got invited to come out to LA for @mentee.vip ‘s producer camp put on by @6ixwastaken and @bigjerm412 , and what an experience this was!

This event ended up happening 2 weeks ago at the amazing @fabfactorystudios and I’ve finally had the time to process everything. I had the opportunity to work with many amazing producers and artists, while getting to learn and work with two of the producers that helped inspire me to start producing almost 8 years ago.

In a lot of ways, this weekend was a full circle moment for me and really reminded me why I started music in the first place, but also reminded me that I still have more work to do. I’m very excited for what is to come and all of the relationships I formed over this weekend!

Still processing this LA trip ✈️🌴

Meeting two of the 🐐’s will forever be the coolest thing that’s ever happened in my life 😅

Hollywood Walk of Fame was class 👏 Heard it was meant to be really seedy but I loved it

I’m sorry to all my Americans pals but In N Out was just okay 🥲😂 when yous come to Ireland I’ll show you where to get that foreal foreal beef 🐄

Santa Monica Pier was beautiful. Just like GTA 5 I knew exactly where I was at and where to go 😂

Cool shopping centre where you can view the Hollywood Sign from 👌

The Mentee GANG 😤

HollywooOoood 🖖

I’m enamoured by the drinks selection over there 😂 Orange Sunkist and Dole Lemonade definitely my favourites 🥤

Another 🐐 RIP Nip 🙏

Taco spot beside Nipsey’s Marathon Burger near Venice Beach. Tacos were smackin but I think I’m snob now because my Birria stock is hard to beat. I put way too much brown sugar I put in it 🤣

First day surreal scenes being shown the project files and learning about the industry 👌

Self explanatory 😂🔥

Outside the door of my Airbnb every morning. Such a peaceful spot 🧘‍♂️

Legendary skate spot at Hollywood High 🛹

Another legendary skate spot at Venice Beach 🏝️🛹

Walking back from dropping off the bike at the end of Venice Beach as the sunset 🌅

Raising Canes might be my favourite American spot. Was just as fire in New York as it was in LA. Their lemonade is peak 🥤👌

Airport cook up and the good nectar 💻🍺

California from the sky at night ✈️🌃

This one freaked me out but no one on the plane was reacting to it 🥲😂 lightning storm over Arizona!! Mental looking. Terrifying to see from a plane 🤣

Producer Camp by @itsmikeholland at @mentee.vip at the @fabfactorystudios hosted by @6ixwastaken and @bigjerm412 was surreal.

The information, knowledge, and energy shared was dynamic all weekend. We all couldn’t wait to get busy!

Here is some behind the scenes POV of what it was like to work in studio with 15 other hand selected producers from around the globe with the shared goal of making the greatest music possible.

Congratulations to all who were a part of the wondrous weekend, and see you again so soon! 🎧
