A little personal news I’m SO excited to share!

I’m honored to be joining the 2027 WIPA National Board as Director of Marketing & Communications! 🥂

WIPA has been such a meaningful part of my journey, especially serving as President of WIPA New York. The friendships, the incredible people I’ve met, and the opportunities to learn, connect, and grow have made this experience so special.

As someone who has spent years building businesses and being part of this amazing wedding industry, I truly believe that the best things happen when we support each other, share what we know, and open doors for one another.

I’m so excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to bring my passion for marketing, branding, and community to the national level! Feeling grateful, excited, and ready for what’s next.

Thank you, WIPA, for this opportunity. Here’s to new beginnings, big ideas, and continuing to make our industry even stronger together! 🩷

Unfortunately, people do judge a book by its cover, especially online.

Your branding, content, website, and overall marketing are often the first impression someone has of your business. And if your marketing doesn’t communicate the value of what you offer, potential clients may never stick around long enough to discover how good you actually are.

That’s why marketing isn’t an “extra.” It’s part of building a successful beauty business.

At Beauty CEO University, we teach you how to build the strategy behind your business; including how to use AI to create content, streamline your marketing, and work smarter instead of constantly starting from scratch.

Your talent gets them interested. Your marketing gets them in the door.

Follow the plan, not the mood. 💋

I’ve learned that the life you want is built on the days when you don’t feel like showing up.

There are days I’m excited to work. Days I’m traveling. Days I’m working out. Days I’m exhausted and would much rather stay in bed.

But I still have a plan.

The businesses, the opportunities, the lifestyle, the freedom — none of it happened overnight, and none of it happened because I was motivated every single day. It happened because I stayed consistent with the things I said I wanted.

If you’re looking at my life and thinking, “I want that,” don’t just look at the result. Look at the discipline behind it.

Want to build a life and business you’re proud of? Start with the plan. Then commit to it.

Want to know how I built what you see today? Visit beautyceouniversity.com to learn the strategies, systems, and skills that have helped me grow my businesses and build the life I wanted.

They’re watching. They’re liking. They’re saving. They’re even coming back for more… but they’re NOT buying. 👀

Here’s the thing: engagement doesn’t automatically equal conversion.

Your audience can love your content and still not understand why they need your product.

If people are engaging but not purchasing, take a closer look at what your content is actually communicating:

✨ Are you showing the value? Pretty content gets attention, but your audience needs to understand what your product does for them.

✨ Are you solving a problem? Don’t just show the product—show the problem it solves, the result it creates, or how it fits into your customer’s routine.

✨ Are you building trust? Reviews, testimonials, tutorials, before-and-afters, UGC, and real results can help turn “I’m interested” into “I need this.”

✨ Is the next step obvious? Never assume your audience knows what to do. Tell them. Shop the product. Try the routine. Click the link. Grab yours before it’s gone.

✨ Are you giving them a reason to buy NOW? If there’s no urgency, they may keep saving your post for “later”… and later may never come.

Your content shouldn’t just make people stop scrolling. It should move them closer to making a decision.

Views are great. Likes feel good. Saves tell you they’re interested.

But if you’re running a beauty business, the goal isn’t just attention—it’s turning that attention into customers. 💄📈

Save this post and audit your last 5 pieces of content: Are you giving your audience a reason to buy—or just a reason to watch?

You don’t have to feel ready to start.

You’re going to overthink it. You’re going to make mistakes. Your first attempt probably won’t look anything like the vision you had in your head.

**And that’s okay.**

The beauty pros who grow aren’t the ones who knew exactly what they were doing from day one. They’re the ones who were willing to start messy, learn as they went, and keep showing up.

Stop waiting until you feel “ready.”
Stop comparing your beginning to someone else’s middle.
Stop letting perfection keep you stuck.

Your next level is on the other side of actually starting.

AI isn’t here to replace your creativity—it’s here to help you use it smarter. 💻🔥

As a beauty pro, AI can basically become your content strategist, trend researcher, copywriter AND brainstorming partner. But the secret? Stop only asking it, “What should I post?”

Here’s how to actually use AI to level up your content:

✨ Generate Reels, TikToks, carousels, Stories + tutorial ideas
✨ Create content pillars around education, authority, personality, transformation + sales
✨ Turn ONE idea into multiple pieces of content
✨ Identify your dream client’s biggest pain points
✨ Write scroll-stopping hooks
✨ Develop recurring series like Beauty Myth Monday, Beauty Pro Confessions or Worth the Hype?
✨ Repurpose FAQs, old captions, client questions + top-performing posts
✨ Brainstorm seasonal + trending content
✨ Analyze what performed best and create MORE of what’s working
✨ Build an entire content calendar

But here’s where most beauty pros go wrong: AI needs context.

Instead of:
“Give me beauty content ideas.”

Try:
“I’m a lash artist targeting women 25–40 who want low-maintenance beauty. Give me 15 Reel ideas addressing their biggest problems. Mix education, entertainment, authority + sales. Give me a hook, concept + CTA for each.”

See the difference? 👀

Then make it even easier with a weekly rhythm:

MON → Educate
TUES → Reel/trend
WED → Personality/BTS
THURS → Authority/client problem
FRI → Promote + CTA
WEEKEND → Polls, Q&As, products + everyday life

Now you’re not waking up every morning wondering, “What do I post today?” 😩

You’re using AI strategically:

IDEA → HOOK → FORMAT → CTA → ANALYZE → REPEAT 🔁

And after a few weeks? Feed your performance back into AI so your next content plan is based on what your audience actually responds to.

AI shouldn’t make your content sound like everyone else—

It should help you create MORE content that sounds like YOU! 💋

Save this for your next content planning day + follow BeautyCEO for more ways to build, market and grow your beauty business. 💕

With so many coaches and entrepreneurs trying to sell something on social media, everyone is starting to sound the same.

The truth? Standing out has never been harder.

So how do you become the person your dream clients can’t stop thinking about?

Here’s the mistake I see every day at BeautyCEO:

It’s not that your content isn’t valuable.
In fact, people save it because it is.

But valuable content doesn’t automatically create buyers.

Most content educates.
Very little content converts.

Your content has one job:
Make your audience believe you’re the person who can solve their problem—not just remind them they have one.

If someone leaves your page thinking,
“That was a great tip,”
but never thinks,
“I need to work with her,”
they’ll keep scrolling.

Then someone else—who may be less experienced than you—gets the client because:
• Their messaging is clearer.
• Their offer feels more specific.
• Their content makes the client feel understood.

People don’t buy from the coach who teaches the most.

They buy from the coach who makes them think,
“She gets exactly what I’m going through.”

That’s what strategic messaging does.

When you learn how to speak directly to your dream client’s thoughts, frustrations, and desires, it won’t matter if someone else has a prettier feed or 100K more followers.

Because people buy from the person they trust to solve their problem.

✨ That’s exactly what we teach inside BeautyCEO—how to create messaging that positions you as the obvious choice, attracts aligned clients, and converts followers into paying customers.

👇 Comment CEO below if you’re ready to stop creating content that only gets saved and start creating content that actually sells. We’ll show you how.

AI isn’t replacing beauty professionals... but it is replacing the ones who refuse to learn how to use it.

The truth is, AI isn’t going away. It’s only getting smarter, faster, and becoming a bigger part of how successful businesses operate.

The question isn’t “Should I use AI?” anymore.

It’s “Am I using it better than everyone else?”

Imagine if you could...
✨ Write captions in minutes instead of hours.
✨ Never run out of Reel ideas.
✨ Create content your dream clients actually want to watch.
✨ Respond to inquiries faster.
✨ Plan an entire month of marketing without staring at a blank screen.

That’s exactly why we created our AI Guide for Beauty Pros.

This isn’t another generic AI ebook full of vague prompts.

It’s a step-by-step system built specifically for beauty professionals that shows you exactly how to use AI to market your business, create better content, save hours every week, and attract more clients.

No tech background.
No confusing tutorials.
Just practical prompts, workflows, and strategies you can start using today.

The beauty pros who embrace AI now are going to have a huge advantage over the ones who wait.

Work smarter. Create faster. Grow bigger.
