What a tradition 🥰🫶🏼 @bec_smithy88 @kelseyypeel + I have created tradition of climbing Mt Ngungun for our birthday to watch the sunrise whilst eating breakfast. Talk about special and lucky to have women like this in my life. Our daughters join us too!

This morning we chatted + laughed over hot chocs with marshmallows, sausage + egg muffs with onion relish and finished off with a jar of trifle with a candle for the cake and also some Biscoff balls. Makes the 3:25am wake up worth it.

If you’ve never done this, then this is your sign to go and do it. This is living 😍

Friday night the 4 of us celebrated Friendsmas! It’s something I’ve never actually done before. It was a vibe! I’m one to always keep to myself but I’m lucky to have found my girls, and even luckier that one is my daughter.

Never a dull moment with these girls.

As much as I love to take myself to the gym for self care, this right here ☝🏽 is just as much self care. Quality time with your besties that includes movement, food & chats is where it’s at. I always feel invigorated after spending time with my girls. I could be in the worst mood but that shifts real quick to the other end of the scale.

When you’re all capricorns, love the same things and always have each others back, it hits different 🫶🏼

This is your sign to grab yourself some nibbles, some chocolate coconut water, your besties, go climb a mountain and watch the sunset.

You gotta do what you gotta do to get the shot. The ‘gallop’ so I learnt today is what you need to do to get a candid shot. Never a dull moment with these two 🤍
