Légoe Spring Edit

It is so special to us to create special moments for mothers, and yesterday was just that. We sat down with mums and mums-to-be to celebrate spring, and share stories. A big thank you to @lisa_desanctis for hosting the day.

Family Album — a classic, subtle beige paint that creates gorgeous backdrops for your picture-perfect moments, year after year.

A neutral tone that works well with both warm and cool colours. This one is a classic.

@becandmarissa_ … can we move in too?

Dear Mr Miller,

Day 321 — URGENT EXECUTIVE REVIEW ‼️

I had an interesting conversation over the weekend with one of Westpac’s previous Chief Operating Officers (story for another time) and we got into discussion around corporate Australia.

We were chatting about the scam epidemic and where we are in our complaint process, but there’s one thing that stuck with me.

After acknowledging that leaders are often operating within systems and environments, he responded:

“Yes, that’s true.

Most of the time they CAN change things. But, they don’t.

That stayed with me because it raises a simple question:

If leaders have the power and agency to influence one of Australia’s most significant consumer harm issues, what is getting in the way?

Trust is ultimately multi-generational.

Short-term incentives cannot outweigh long-term trust.

Customers do not remember advertising campaigns.
They remember how they were treated when they were vulnerable and they talk about it.

I imagine when you took on your role as custodian of Australians hard earnt money you didn’t want to leave a legacy of blood on your hands did you?

This is your leadership responsibility to put your purpose of #partnership and #customerobsession values into action.

Show us what you meant by #ittakesalittle #westpac

Leadership isn’t a title.
It’s action.

Australia deserves to know the truth.

Return what should have never left.
