Recently I have been very fortunate to spend some time behind the mic 🎤

It is something new and exciting that I am really enjoying! Learning, growing and making mistakes along the way, but most importantly meeting and chatting to some amazing people ❤️‍🔥

Thank you for cheering me on, and to those who have guided me along the way🫶
More of this is on the horizon ✨

Friday I had the privilege of standing alongside some truly amazing women who have backed themselves, taken risks and built incredible careers, as a panelist at the Flourish Forum.

I’ll be honest — I was super nervous. But to borrow the words of both my panelists: we do these uncomfortable things so we can walk out as better people than we walked in @thrivalistsobriety

And confidence isn’t linear. @blissfully.bec I’m learning that confidence doesn’t mean never feeling nervous or questioning yourself. It’s about backing yourself anyway — in different situations, through the discomfort, and even when you’re not entirely sure of yourself.

Despite the nerves, I hope some of these messages came across. Because sometimes the things we’re most nervous to say are the things most worth sharing.

1. Your postcode shouldn’t determine the quality of healthcare you receive.
Regional communities deserve access to world-class facilities too — and that’s exactly what we’re trying to build.
2. We want to train the next generation of GPs.
To bring some passion back into the profession and create a place where doctors genuinely want to work, learn and grow.
3. Women can lead businesses, have meaningful careers, raise families — and still be themselves.
We don’t have to choose just one version of who we are.
4. Rather than focusing on being the perfect mother, focus on being a present one.
Perfection isn’t the goal. Being there, in the moments that matter, is.
5. Looking after yourself isn’t selfish.
It’s actually one of the most generous things you can do for the people who rely on you.

I walked away feeling incredibly grateful — for the opportunity, for the women I shared the stage with, and for the chance to have conversations that I hope inspire others to back themselves too.

A huge thank you to the Flourish team @the.flourishforum @events.bylexi for creating such a wonderful space to connect, share and celebrate women and a shout out to @becc.kontrec for being everyone’s hype girl, the world needs more of you.
Here’s to backing ourselves, lifting each other up, and cheering each other on. ❤️

Yesterday I had the privilege of presenting on stage as a guest speaker at the @the.flourishforum , sharing my story around “The Moments That Built Her.”

If I’m honest, it was up there with one of the hardest things I’ve done.

How do you fit a lifetime of experiences, heartbreak, resilience, loss, motherhood, illness, healing, building a business and hope into a short conversation? There were so many moments that have shaped who I am today, and no amount of time could ever truly tell the whole story.

My hope wasn’t to have all the answers. It wasn’t to have the perfect story. It was simply to be real in that moment.

If something I shared resonated with even one woman in that room, gave someone permission to keep going, or reminded them that they are capable of rebuilding after life’s hardest seasons, then every challenge I’ve walked through has found even greater purpose. “To make the impossible possible”

The room was filled with incredible women from across our community, women wanting more for themselves, their families, their businesses and their futures. The energy was inspiring.

A huge thank you to the Flourish Forum team for creating such a powerful event and to all of the remarkable speakers who shared the stage. It was an honour to hear from leaders including Sophia Lee-Steere, from the Commonwealth Bank, as well as @lucy_and_nikki_ , whose podcast and radio success has inspired women across Australia. Hearing the vulnerability and wisdom of so many local women was equally powerful.

Life has taught me that our greatest struggles often become our greatest strength. They don’t define us—but they can shape us into the people we’re meant to become.

Thank you, Flourish Forum, for trusting me with my story and thank you to all the women in the room for allowing me to share it full of love and support 💓

Panel speaker is something I can tick off the bucket list! 😛✅🎤✨🎙️

Last night and again today, I had the absolute privilege of being part of the @the.flourishforum event and sitting on a panel talking about something that feels incredibly personal to me - the things that have shaped me into the person I am today, and how those experiences have influenced the way I show up online and use my platform

I think sometimes people see the end result (the videos, the followers, the opportunities) but they don’t always see the parts of your story that shaped the person behind it all. The good, the hard, the things that changed me, challenged me and ultimately made me realise how much I want to use my voice for something bigger than just social media

Being able to openly talk about those things, surrounded by so many incredible women, was honestly such a full circle moment for me 🥹

A huge thank you to @envisionagency.co for representing me and for always believing in what I do, and to Mish for creating such a beautiful event and bringing together a room full of women with so many different stories, experiences and voices.

And getting to meet Lucy and Nikki, along with all of the other incredible speakers, was such a highlight. I walked away feeling so inspired by every single woman who shared her story, her knowledge and her perspective

I’m so grateful I got to be part of it. And maybe most of all, I’m grateful that the things I’ve been through have given me a story worth sharing 🤍

And can’t forget my biggest hype girls @lexie.valentich_ @catbozfitness and @gabriellavioli_ for calming my nerves and keeping me grounded the whole time - couldn’t do it without you guys 🥹🫶🏼

Here’s to continuing to show up exactly as ourselves, using our voices, and hopefully making someone else feel a little less alone along the way! ✨

2026 has been my favourite year yet 🥹💫🫶🏼
