Lights, music, fashion - the St Cat’s Sixth Form put on a show to remember!

The St Catherine’s Sixth Form (Years 12 & 13) dazzled the audience at the annual St Cat’s Fashion and Talent Show! From planning and marketing the event to auditioning talent, sourcing outfits from top retailers, and choreographing every detail, their leadership shone through. The show featured everything from elegant ballgowns to vibrant leisurewear, a spellbinding performance of 'What is this Feeling?' from Wicked, group dance routines, solo singers and much more. Congratulations to the Eliza (Year 9) who was voted winner of the Talent Show with her moving rendition of 'Heart of Stone', from SIX The Musical.

The Sixth Form Charities Board raised an incredible £5,000 for their chosen charities; Better Lives, @mccfoundation and @homestartsurrey. A huge congratulations to all the girls for participating and putting on such a spectacular performance.

Last night I attended “The Biggest Wedding Industry Event of The Year” @ukwh_awards @weddingshoneymoonsmedia

A gala extravaganza held at Kew Gardens where top wedding industry suppliers gathered to celebrate and recognise those whose work continue to break boundaries and stand out in an increasingly competitive market.

I was thrilled to be nominated and selected as one of three finalists nationwide for the category “Celebrant of the Year”

In anticipation of the event, I found the perfect dress, got my glam on and arrived at what can only be described as the most beautiful and elegantly styled event filled with electric energy.

I felt like a million dollars, surrounded by the most incredible professionals and creators within the wedding industry.

When my name was called as the winner of Celebrant of the Year, I felt my heart sing. I’m so grateful and thrilled to have received such a wonderful award.

Thank you to @weddingshoneymoonsmedia, @ukwh_awards judges, my couples past and present and @kewevents and to @thehealthybrideguide so being the best cheerleader and fellow nominee with Vicci making the finalist for Influencer!

What a week it has been! Who else is ready for an iced coffee and dip in the paddling pool?!?

Ascot and Prom have been in full swing this week! Absolutely digging it and all over it. Glad I have this weekend off though as it’s been full on. My husband is on a stag do this weekend so I’m off with my girls enjoying some downtime in the paddling pool with earlier an iced coffee now for a chilled bottle of Rosé… anyone with me? 🍷
